Good location but some view of property is too dirty looking also parking is a bit far and very tight to park. Lots of stair no elevator. Dated looking looking needs to be updated. Over all Love the closeness of many historic sites.

We liked the location. Great for older people like us at 85 and 83. Could walk to the Cathedral, National Theater and National Palace. The staff were wonderful. El Salvador is currently evolving into a more developed nation. The folks at the hotel were very kind and always went out of their way to accommodate our needs. Since the hotel is located in a very busy part of the historic district, we could hear the commotion of traffic and people selling their wares in the streets. Nevertheless, we had opportunity to walk to many places within the historic center and appreciate the many beautiful buildings that have now become highlights of the area. This hotel’s location was perfect for what we intended!

They refused to have any luggage left after check out for any amount of time. We had a check in at another hotel 4 hours later, 2 kids plus luggage. I said I would pay if I had to but they completely refused to leave the luggage for any time at all.

well located, super close to old downtown. staff is super friendly and attentive. shoutout to the security girl at the door! parking is a couple blocks away, but they were very helpful to show us where it was. it was a bit hard to find the hotel, there were no signs at all, just trust the location on google. we enjoyed our stay here.

Avoid at all cost!

The hotel was horrible! But what do you expect for CHEAP! Going in and out is a hassle as the main door is locked and you need to wait for security to open it to exit, and coming back hope she is there to open it or you have to wait. When they do open it for you either in our out it’s like they are doing you a favor and the facial gestures are very unpleasant. The receptionist lady is terrible very cocky and totally rude attitude again like they are doing you a favor! The room A/C didn’t work very well it was told to them and did nothing about it, the lamp bedside light had to be unplug because i was shocked several times. The only thing good about this place is the location! It’s close to everything in centro historico. Don’t listen to YouTuber Tropical Pao who is a Salvadorean YouTuber who was obviously paid to give that place God send reviews. The hotel location is perfect for the noisiest location as it’s located right in front of the local market. Hot water wait for it, it comes out eventually! If you can dodge this place and afford the Cadedeu which is located in the heart of centro historico it’s best you do that! People are more friendly and actually appreciate having a job! Can this place shape up absolutely with the right staff and better door service and room maintenance! Again don’t believe anything YouTuber Tropical Pao says because it’s obvious she is paid for a BS astonishing review from establishments and hotels. Ah also found a cockroach in the bed lining !
