“Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung im oberen Stockwerk des Hauses. Alles war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet, sodass es an nichts gefehlt hat. Der fantastische Pool und das eingezäunte Grundstück sorgen für viel Komfort und Privatsphäre. Unser Hund war sehr willkommen! Besonders herzlich war der Vermieter, der geduldig alle Fragen beantwortet hat.Das Grundstück liegt in Seenähe, was schöne Spaziergänge und den Besuch vieler gemütlicher Restaurants……

“A great sized property with all the facilities that you need. Massive landscape gardens with a good sized pool and vegetable plot. The views were amazing. Air conditioning in all rooms which was a great asset. The host, Gian, was very knowledgeable and helpful. Because of his knowledge, we attended local festivals and we had a reasonably priced chef come in and cook for us, which was more of an experience than just being catered for as we were all able to get involved. Gian kindly accompanied us……

“Ho prenotato questa struttura per visionarla di persona in quanto devo organizzarci un matrimonio il prossimo anno. La piscina e' favolosa e anche gli spazi intorno. Molto bello anche il salone al piano terra e le due case. Ottimo arredamento e climatizzazione perfetta. .E' presente anche una chiesa .il giardino e' pieno di fiori. Ideale per riunioni di amici e familiari. Non vedo l'ora di tornarci.”

The beds were comfortable, and ensuites, although a little tired all functioned well. Any problems were remedied quickly and efficiently”

We enjoyed exploring all the Tuscan towns and enthralled by the beauty of the countryside. “Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad. De accommodatie was precies zoals beschreven. Massimo was een voortreffelijke gastheer met erg veel respect voor onze privacy. Als verassing was er airconditioning aanwezig, deze was net nieuw en was echt heerlijk met het warme zomer weer. Het uitzicht op het meer is waanzinnig mooi, het zwembad was heerlijk en werd elke dag schoongemaakt. De twee aanwezige honden waren heel gezellig en lief, ook met onze kinderen. Umbrië is heel mooi maar het verblijf in……
