“This was a clean cosy condo unit in a small 6 unit building. Security was excellent, the pool was clean and the other residents were super welcoming. Highlights were the daily barefoot beach walks and the magnificent sunsets. Both the property owner and the property manager were very helpful. I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a quiet relaxing home base from which to explore the Ecuadorian coast.”

“Everything just like the photos and description of the property. I recommend the house gets airconditioning in the bedrooms or at least more fans and mosquito screen in the doors to the balcony and windows. In the rainy season the high temperature, humidity and mosquitos make it unconfortable, especially at night.”

“Older property, in a dark area with little light. The lobby receptionist was pleasant. Upon arrival, I was welcomed by a friendly receptionist. However, the property's location was poorly lit and outdated. Stay included breakfast from 6 -10 AM, but because their cook had to go to another job, breakfast was from 7-8 AM. ”
