Ein lebenswertes ländliches Domizil mit freundlichen Besitzern

Auf einem über 3000 qm großen Grundstück steht dieses mit allem ausgestattete Haus. Aber ohne Auto nichts zu wollen. Viele schöne Städte in der näheren Umgebung - aber Restaurants 15 Min. das Meer weit entfernt ca 25 Min. mit dem Auto. Dafür aber Lokale dort mit leckerem frischen (meist) Fisch zu tragbaren Preisen!!

Settimana in relax nella campagna di San Vito dei Normanni

La Sig.ra Maria Rosaria ci ha accolto in maniera gentile ma soprattutto calorosa; ci siamo sentiti fin da subito in famiglia. La casa rispecchia quanto descritto nella presentazione ed è immersa nella campagna in un grande giardino con alberi da frutta. Abbiamo scelto questa casa per la tranquillità e per la sua posizione che ci ha consentito di visitare diverse località del Salento. La casa grazie al patio consente di mangiare all'aperto con una bella vista del giardino circostante. Un ringraziamento alla Sig.ra Maria Rosaria che si è sempre prodigata per risolvere qualsiasi inconveniente.

La casa è immersa nella terra rossa del Salento tra gli ulivi e piantagioni di frutteto....

La Sig.ra Maria Rosaria ci ha accolti con molte premure per farci vivere un soggiorno immersi nella natura del Salento ricco di prodotti della terra...uva, fichi, pere, pomodori... Vi consiglio questo soggiorno per godervi la pace e la natura rigogliosa, oltre alle visite ai paesi di Ostuni, Cisternino e molti altri. Un'ottima spiaggia ... l'Oasi di Torre Guaceto! Patrizia

Dear Maria Rosaria, We really enjoyed your warm welcome in a house where everything was as we wished for. Nice, comfortable interior and a kitchen very fully equipped. On arrival I was pleasantly surprised by the garden in which you worked every day. It smelled and looked fantastic and we were glad you gave us very useful information about our surroundings. Due to the hot weather we really needed your airco. You really have a nice place to stay at.

Schön und gastfreundlich

Ein angenehmer Aufenthalt in einem praktischen, gepflegten Haus mit sehr schöner großer Terrasse und einem weitläufigen Garten mit sehr vielen wunderbaren Blumen, Gemüse und Obstbäumen. Am Ortsrand in einer sehr ruhigen ländlichen Idylle gelegen, aber nicht weit zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die freundliche Gastgeberin spricht Deutsch und kümmerte sich um jeden Wunsch. Der Gastgeber überraschte uns mit Gemüse aus dem Garten und anderen landwirtschaftlichen Erzeugnissen. Wir sind rundum zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

La maison est très confortable (superbe jardin), idéalement située pour une découverte de cette magnifique région des Pouilles. Sehr schönes Haus mit wunderschönem Garten

Wir haben uns bei Maria Rosaria sehr wohlgefühlt, das Ferienhaus war bestens ausgestattet, die Küchenuttensilien waren in einem super Zustand. Das schöne Anwesen hatte einen tollen Garten, es war sehr ruhig mit netter Hauskatze. Frau Rosaria spricht sehr gut Deutsch. Sie und ihr Mann waren sehr gastfreundlich!

Ein überaus nett und individuell ausgestattetes Ferienhaus. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig auf dem Lande, wobei San Vito di Normanni in gut erreichbarer Nähe liegt. Um das Haus großer, sehr gepflegter Garten, teils Landwirtschaft. Die Eigentümer in jeder Weise überaus freundlich, hilfreich und zuverlässig. Wir können diese Unterkunft in jeder Weise empfehlen. Eigenes Fahrzeug notwendig. - April / Mai 2017. Casa arredata in modo molto simpatico e individuale. È situata in campagna, molto tranquilla, San Vito di Normanni è comunque raggiungibile in poco tempo. Giardino molto ampio e curato, in parte terreno agricolo. I proprietari sono gentilissimi, alla mano e affidabili. Casa da raccomandare a tutti. Bisogno di propria macchina . Aprile / maggio 2017

Lovely well maintained house in a Puglian garden

We spent a week in mid-October at this delightful well- maintained house. It has everything you could possibly want or need. The owners tend a lovely garden of fruit trees, shrubs , vegetables and flowers and provide several large patio areas from which to enjoy it. It is in a very quiet neighborhood just outside the town. Convenient to autostrada and local highways so the location was great for day trips. The grocery store and gas station are just 5 minutes from the house. Owner Maria Rosario was so kind and helpful and lives only 5 minutes away so anytime we had a question or small problem she was at the door to help. She took us to the local bakery , suggested a fantastic tiny local restaurant, then drove us to the parking area in town and walked us to the door of the restaurant. One day she arrived with roses from the garden. She speaks no English but we speak enough Italian to communicate. Her son, Vincenzo, speaks English very well. Don't hesitate to rent this house. It is a gem!

La casa ha tutti i comfort, spazio esterno, i proprietari sono molto accoglienti e discreti...

La casa è a pochi passi da San Vito in una zona tranquilla, è dotata di tutti i comfort ed ha uno spazio esterno attorniato da alberi da frutto. I proprietari sono molto accoglienti. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Siamo andati nelle meravigliose spiagge della riserva naturale di Torre Guaceto, Ostuni, Cisternino, Zoosafari di Fasano, Grotte di Castellana.....e da non perdere i fantastici alberi secolari di olivo che si trovano tra San Vito e la riserva di Torre Guaceto.

Super séjour !!

Nous avons passé 2 semaines (17.04-01.05.2016) tres agréables avec nos 2 petites filles de 2 ans. La maison est tres bien équipée, tres propre et bien située pour visiter la région des Pouilles (et au calme !) Nous avons pu profiter de la grande terrasse et du joli jardin. Les propriétaires Rosaria & Franco nous ont accueilli chaleureusement.
