“Von Anfang bis Ende einfach nur top!! Man fühlt sich als wäre man weit weg in den Ferien...Hervorheben möchten wir die freundlichen Mitarbeitenden des Hapimag Ascona. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und top eingerichtet. Die Kinder liebten den Pool und die Spiele die man ausleihen durften. Zwei Türen zwischen diesen Bereichen (und der Eingangsbereich) reduzieren den Lärmpegel aus dem Wohnzimmer / der Küche bestens. Die Küche ist gut organisiert und alle Geräte sind vorhanden. Wie im Inserat erwähnt, kann man nicht direkt mit dem Auto vor das Haus fahren, sondern muss einen Weg gehen - dieser scheint aus Zeiten des alten Roms zu sein, und sehr……

"We booked a room for 2, but an extra twin bed was already there, so we are given a room for 3. The room is classic, clean and comfortable, with good air conditioning (but only Reception can adjust the temperature ) The wooden floor squeaks when stepped on . During our stay the elevator was out of order for a few hours, but quickly fixed. Breakfast is decent. Overall very one here is very nice ."

"I had a very good and peaceful stay experience in Lugano with a lake-view balcony suite. The huge room with a spectacular view was nicely set up, and the gymnasium facilities were perfect. However, the kitchen was not for cooking; only the kettle worked. In addition, the staff was kind and helpful."
