“Roomservice with a price of 20€, pool closed, indoor pool not available for kids, sometimes rude staff, gym opening only at 10, breakfast buffe not of a five star hotel, ac not working until we complained. Wir sind um 9:45 angekommen, weil wir einen frühreren Flug gehabt haben und, trotzdem wurde unser Zimmer um 10:15 fertig und die Zimmerreinigung ebenfalls für uns Prio genommen.
