“The one star rating for communication is for the reservation foul up which was not the fault of the Ala Moana staff, they were amazing! Unfortunately, not booking through the hotel directly caused so much unneeded stress. I paid a lot of money before arriving and once at the hotel they had no reservation for me so I had to pay for another room through the hotel directly. I was fortunate the hotel wasn't fully booked. As I said earlier, the hotel staff were really great and the hotel itself was……

Free parking right across the street by Kapiolani park from 6 pm-10 am. Then it is cheap hourly meter parking from 10am-6 pm. Enjoyed our morning coffee out on the lanai with great views of Diamond Head- can't wait to return!”
