"I felt the property was not adequately marked regarding elevators, parking area. There are no luggage carts to transport luggage from parking garage to your room. It was as a struggle getting luggage to room and then back to car with no carts. No downtown restaurants around hotel."

"My husband and I took a night away from our adult kiddos and pets...an amazing little getaway with responsive hosts. Extremely clean and the cutest little cardinal family visiting all the birdhouses in the back. Thanks to our hosts, appreciate it!!!"

"Mouse droppings in kitchen and other parts of home including a bed - that was the worst of our issues. No hot water for more than 48 hours so unable to sanitize the mouse poopy dishes or take showers. Had to ask for check in details on our way to property as they were not provided.
