“Friendly staff. Beautiful room. No issue arriving late on the ferry from Aberdeen. No parking but easy to find free on the road parking nearby. Lovely and plentiful breakfast but as this was not included in my booking we were surprised to discover it was so expensive (£18 each). Fabulous location which means you can walk to everything in Kirkwall and easily drive to anywhere on the main island. Could be a good base for a long stay on Orkney.”

“We had an incredible 2 night stay here. Fyona and Colin went above and beyond to make us feel at home and we would 100% stay there again! Breakfast was delicious, the room was cozy but just what we needed and the neighbourhood was quiet. It's about a 20 minute walk to the shops in Kirkwall which was so perfect. Can't recommend enough!”

“Superb location in the centre of Kirkwall. Perfect for the two of us. There was an allocated parking spot for this particular apartment just out side of the front door, but someone else was parked in it for our entire stay. This is just a comment, not a complaint, as there was additional free parking near by which we used instead.”
