Welcome to The Mountain Bluebird, where attention to detail and smart use of space have created a wonderful setting to make some memories! No need to haul your gear up flights of stairs with congested parking… This unit is located on the first floor with parking beginning only feet away from the back door. Take your boots off in the mini-mud room and throw them on the boot dryer. Relax after a long day on the mountain in front of our custom fireplace & entertainment center. Grill some dinner on the outdoor gas grill or utilize the full kitchen to make a gourmet meal. Pack the friends into the multiple sleeping options, knowing you will still have some space left over at the end of the night. The bathroom packs a big punch for its size, with a full smart toilet & custom shower. The smart toilet has heated seats, a charcoal air filtration system, and full bidet menu at the push of a button. Need to work remote in between pow days or get in that favorite computer game? No worries, as we have a modern workstation that’s set up to the max. The whole community is very family friendly with lots of activities right outside your door.
Living Room- open-concept living room with a modern feel. Lots of natural sunlight and 2 sources of heat; baseboard heaters & a gas fireplace. 55” Smart TV with hundreds of channels (Samsung TV) as well as most apps to which you can connect. TV is operated by remote and both heating sources are operated by digital thermostats, located in the room. Seating includes 2 chairs and 1 leather sofa-bed (queen).
Dining Room- Dining area is part of the living room and seats 4 right next to a large window. This room also has lots of natural sunlight.
Kitchen- full size kitchen stocked with utensils & cookware. Full size refrigerator, dishwasher, cooktop, oven, and microwave. Large kitchen sink and plenty of counter space to cook those big mountain meals. A gas grill is located outside and can be used by the tenant (propane is always stocked). 1 large coat closet & 1 large pantry are in the kitchen. The coat closet also includes additional items for the rental (such as fold out chairs, coolers, etc.…). This room is heated by baseboard heaters connected to a digital thermostat.
Master Bedroom- The master bedroom is exceptionally large and comfortable. It has large windows that bring in lots of natural sunlight. There is one king size, adjustable frame bed. This room also has a 42” smart television. The bed is operated by a wired remote located on the bed. This room includes 1 large closet with lots of space, especially for hanging clothes. This room is heated by baseboard heaters connected to a digital thermostat. This room also includes an air filter tower that uses a HEPA filter to clean the air.
Workstation- The workstation is part of the master bedroom. This consists of a wall-mounted desk, under a 49” curved flat screen monitor. The desk also includes a wireless keyboard & mouse, setup via USB port. Simply plug in your laptop and you are good to go!
2nd Bedroom- The 2nd bedroom is focused on sleep space & entertainment for the additional guests. There are 3 beds in this room: 2 full-size bunk beds, 1 twin pull-out bed. This room has cubbies for storage and a 32” Samsung smart TV to keep the guests entertained. This room has baseboard heaters and is controlled by a digital thermostat.
Mudroom- The mudroom is located between the bathroom and 2nd bedroom. This room is focused for the skier & snowboarder. This room has a large bench for changing and a boot dryer that holds 4 pairs of ski boots.
Bathroom- The bathroom is designed with the focus to maximize the use of space. The mirror is heated and has multiple light color options to choose from. The bathroom includes a smart toilet; heated seat, charcoal air filtration system (begins when you sit), full bidet menu, heated dryer. The toilet has a remote with all the features located on the wall next to it. This bathroom also includes a large custom walk-in shower. This room is heated by baseboard heaters controlled by a digital thermostat.
