“Beautifully converted chapel. Very comfortable and spacious. Well equipped for self catering. The property has everything to make a great holiday. Perfect for our stay visiting the nature reserves of the North Norfolk coast. We had a very restful stay. ”

“Coachmans Cottage was very peaceful, clean and well equipped. One of the best holiday homes we have stayed in. The countryside around the cottage was amazing and access to local amenities was very helpful as a family who were new to Norfolk.”

“We had a fabulous weekend at The Grange, the house is beautiful, well equipped for large groups/families and has plenty of space. There are lots of bathrooms, mirrors, lovely thick bath towels, 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens plus the Aga. Lots of thoughtful touches for a large party. There is a great games room - only thing to note is that it’s on the first floor so not really part of the main living / communal areas downstairs. We loved our weekend away and would definitely return, thank you!! ”

“Spotless but loft hatch too small so cold draft when the wind blows. Downstairs curtain pulls both broken. Downstairs tiled throughout so would be cold in the autumn and winter. Close to amenities and parking was hit and miss.”

“Teresa is an amazing host, she thinks of everything, the personal touches make it so special.The cottage is immaculately decorated and so well stocked. Beds are super comfy and the wood burner in the lounge is so perfect for a cold February night. Will 100% be back. Thank you! ”

“A grand property with lots of space, rooms & parking Fully equipped with everything you need and more We had a range of ages from 0-80 and there was lots to do for everyone: hot tubs, snooker, air hockey, tv, and a perfect venue for a game of children’s hide & seek! Couldn’t fault it we had the best weekend, brought in private caterers for an 3 course meal and partied in the cellar bar.. all in all made memories as a family that we will treasure ”

“A short stay to explore the Norfolk coast. I loved the attention to detail and decor of the cottage. If you like historic buildings then this place is for you! The top floor room has an old beam across it and is a struggle to get into but the kids liked it so that was a win. The cottage is quite dark inside and just enough social space for two adults and two kids. The courtyard garden is lovely and a great sun trap. Thanks for having us. ”
