“We were booked in an Executive Room, however, due to an accident happened in the hotel (flooding in 3rd floor) they arranged us to their sister hotel under the same group. However, the new hotel was far from the central area where the original one just right next to the mall. Moreover, they put us in standard room instead of the Executive Room as I booked. “Beautiful property in a prime and safe location close to many dining options. I didn't want to leave my beautiful suite. Savon has excellent service overall. Their spa is an experience worth staying at this property for. Amazing hospitality by all the staff we encountered, from the GM to the butler. They even left us treats for our Anniversary celebrations with delicious chocolate-covered strawberries. We just missed their 25th anniversary celebrations the next day, but the preparations……
