“This is the perfect cheap hotel if you’re looking for a very basic overnight stay, or a basic stay in general in a CLEAN room. Check-in was perfect, got the room number and door code ahead of time so when we arrived we just walked into the room and that was it. Most cheap motels are dirty or scary and still charge nearly $100 because they have a coffee maker in the room. It’s a budget-friendly hotel—nothing fancy, but it’s clean, convenient, and just a 10-minute drive from the park, which is perfect for a short stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and although breakfast didn’t offer a lot of variety, it was enough to get the day started. The only downside was the Wi-Fi, which barely worked in my room. I was able to lay in my bed and look out the window across the bay and it was so peaceful sitting and drinking my morning tea on the front bench, looking out across the water. Great place for peace and quiet. If I come back to this area, most definitely will stay here again.”
