Guest Access:
Our check-in is contactless. We will send you a link to the online check-in. After completing it, using the same link, you will have access to your Guest Area, where you’ll find all the relevant information regarding your stay and the apartment. Luxembourg City is a 15-minute drive, where you can explore iconic landmarks like the Grand Ducal Palace and vibrant dining options. Public transportation is conveniently located nearby, making it easy to access the city and surrounding areas.

Getting Around:
The closest international airport is Luxembourg Airport (LUX), located just 10 minutes away by car or taxi. Public transport is free throughout Luxembourg, and the property is conveniently located near local bus stops, providing easy access to Luxembourg City and nearby areas. Luxembourg Gare Centrale train station is also a short drive away, connecting you to national and international destinations.

Other Things to Note:
Smart TV, bed linens & bath towels are all provided free for guests during your stay.
Long-term stays are welcomed in the apartment for the remote worker or business traveller.

1. Respect the Neighbors: Parties/events, illegal activities, and excessive noise are prohibited. No loud music after 10 pm.

2. Guest Limit: Only guests listed in your reservation are allowed.

3. No Smoking: Smoking tobacco, cannabis, or any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. A 300€ penalty will apply for non-compliance.

4. Residential Use Only: The Unit is for private, single-family residential use only. No business, profession, or trade activities are allowed.

5. Check-In/Check-Out: Adhere to designated check-in and check-out times. A fee of 50€ per hour will apply for late check-out.

6. Furniture and Structures: Do not move furniture or set up tents/structures. A 300€ cleaning fee will apply for any stains or damage. The
cost of any taken or damaged items will be charged to your account.

7. Liability: We cannot assume liability for issues managed by third-party entities.

8. Damages and Cleaning: Guests are responsible for covering damages or necessary extra cleaning charges after their stay.

9. Departure: Turn off the heating, leave the keys in the designated lockbox, clean the kitchen, and ensure the dishwasher is empty to avoid a 200€ cleaning fee.

10. ID Requirement: Provide a government ID during the online check-in process.

11. Compliance: Adherence to all house rules is crucial. Non-compliance may result in cancellation of your stay without a refund.

12. Pet Policy: One pet is allowed with prior authorization and approval. There is a fee of 10 EUR per night.

Interaction with Guests:
You can check yourself in using the lockbox to obtain the keys. Access code to the lockbox to retrieve your keys will be sent within 24 hours of your arrival.
