“Our stay in Spooky Channel house was more than we could ever have hoped for. Sandra and Al made the time a breeze. The house was loaded with everything we needed and then some. Everything was neat and clean. Access to the reef was very easy and the reef was very nice. Getting around to the West end of the island was also very simple and didn't take very long. Lots to do and see and we had a wonderful time!”

“We rented the home from RVBO, known as The Dock Resort, for a week in late May. Our group of 19 consists mostly of family members and one family that is made up of good friends.The home was huge on the water in the West Bay area.We took advantage of the Staff Package. This gives us 2 excellent cooks and dishwashing service. We have 9 bedrooms. Our bartender and home manager" Block", took care of our drinks, which were priced at 1/2 the cost at a restaurant. The home provided us with a planning……

“This house was everything we needed. We enjoyed the close walk to the private cove, the pool, proximity to West Bay/West End, Mirna’s cooking and Edier’s hospitality and driving. They helped us with everything we needed, at any time. The snorkeling off the private cove was great! We felt safe. It was clean. Plenty of room! We were 2 families with 5 kids! Edier is worth every penny. We would love to come back!”

“Very clean and literally steps from the best part of West Bay beach. Perfect for our family of 4 - bathrooms were spacious and lots of places to sit. The screened porch is amazing. I recommend bringing a sleeping mask if you are a light sleeper and plan on using the A/C units (bright power light). Plenty of filtered water available. May need extra soap for showers. Full kitchen, but the pots and pans aren't great - lots of burning on very low heat. Luke, the property manager, is a huge……
