“I spent 3nights at the studio with my wife last week. When i first got in my room, the bathroom was not entirely cleaned. There were still marks on the seat. Moreover, there was not enough parking spaces which I didn’t expect and i had to get a free parking spot far away. And the most disappointing thing is that there was a road maintenance in front of the apartment. Someone was drilling on the wall in the morning at around 7am , it was really disturbing and ruined my journey. ”

“The reception was so lovely and welcoming. The room had a separate Bedroom, and 2 single beds as we were 3 separate adults and was good to have a separate kitchen and table and chairs which gave us more space. We had a beautiful homemade breakfast. Who doesn't love bacon and poached eggs with toast. Yum. Beautiful pool and a separate spa. It is located right on the highway for easy access. Thank you Guys.”

“Quiet considering how close we were to the highway, clean, handy to everything we needed Staff were polite and answered any questions we asked, bed was comfortable Only gripe was we were unable to enjoy the pool on several occasions with smokers being allowed to smoke in a common area ”

“The staff here helped a grumpy tired woman. Into happy rested and satisfied customer. I finally had a decent rest. Didn’t realise how tired and exhausted I’d become. They made sure that neighbours were more quiet. I think there beds are the most comfortable thing I have ever slept in. They have gone out of there way to make sure I have had a pleasant stay. I very grateful to them I think next time I come here it will be for a longer stay. So I can explore more of the beautiful surroundings. The……

“It suited our purpose”

“这次入住感觉差了很多，因为商务需要，每半年会入住一次，而我们每次都会需要家庭套房。这次家庭房餐具，锅，面包烤箱都没能提供，生活很不方便，关键还有臭虫，使我们几晚没睡好，后来与前台交涉，才换了房。另外在在结算时，与我预订的价格不和，经过交涉后，再把多收的款退回，所以整体感觉不好，希望以后有所改进，不要再出现臭虫了，太可怕了。”

“Staffs are very friendly. Most of hotels in Brisbane can’t check in after 10pm. But this hotel can. That’s very convenient for late arrive travelers.”
