Property was under construction when we got there. Nails and screws on the floor. Elevator broken, so we had to carry 2 children to the 4th floor after our flight, at 1230am. Room smelled muffy, staircase smelled like weed. Would not wish this on my worst enemy. DONT GO!!

This property needs some serious work. We stayed in room 417, the shower would not turn off and dripped constantly all night. No cold water in the shower and the hot water was scalding so a shower was not possible. The shower faucet and wall panels were barely attached to the wall. Stepped on a drywall screw left on the floor. Trash (dirty diapers) from the previous occupant was not emptied by the cleaning crew. Toilet didn’t always flush. Sink was cracked. The refrigerator did not work.

If I could I'd leave zero stars i would.Elevator wasnt working for the 5 nights i was there and I wasnon the 4th floor. They didnt accommodate me at all or called when there was another room on a lower floor available. Asked them for a discount or later checkout also didnt help with that.

Never offered the room i booked. Put others ahead of us even though i booked 2 months ahead. Elevator broke a while back and never notified anyone. All that said, the staff was helpful and friendly but obviously working in a run down dump. They didn't seem to suprised when i told them i killed a cockroach in the bathroom.

Was to have free shuttle service until 10 pm. We arrived at 8:30 pm. Called the hotel. They told me there isn’t any shuttle service available after 5 pm. After 1-1/2 hours on the phone , we cancelled our reservation. Was stuck at the airport at night!!!!!!

One of the daytime staff was nasty and hung up on us.The room was not cleaned while we were there. I left a dress behind and called right away and it was not there and no help looking for it.Owner was of no help at all. If it wasnt for 3 of the staffmembers I would never stay there again.

Very clean, very happy with the breakfast & staff at the front was very nice, but once we checked in they then informed us that the elevator was not working but would be fixed no later than Tuesday, we checked out on Friday & elevator was still out of service. We had to change rooms cuz a/c unit was leaking really bad, had a puddle of water in our room. We didn’t have room service the whole week we were there & had to keep going down to ask for towels & most of the time the staff said they couldn’t find any. Housekeeping was extremely rude & loud every morning, slamming doors over & over, but overall besides those things we were very comfortable in our room

When I booked this room there was no mention of a remodel. We arrived to find the 1st floor was all under construction. We had to get a room on the 2nd floor, and oh by the way, the elevator was out of service. Three senior citizens had to lug our bags up the stairs. Not too happy.

The hotel is old and should be rated as a one star (Super 8). They are currently remodeling but keeping too much of the original. The hallways were dirty and smelled musty. The room stinks like mold, bathroom floor was disgusting, toilet tank leaking so water keeps turning on all night, window doesn't lock, the main lock on the door doesn't work. It feels like they are putting make-up on a pig. Not sure who thought putting the pool in the front parking lot near the main road was a good idea. On the positive, the beds are nice and new and the furniture is updated. The staff were really positive and helpful. Elevators are broken so they offered to carry out items. If it was a one star motel, I wouldn't have expected much. But the smell, how dirty its kept and obvious signs of how old the hotel is, should lower this rating.

Looked like a bad college dorm room. One lamp. Likely not vacuumed, as the corners of the bathroom had accumulation of dirt and paint chips. In fairness, bedsheets were clean. Thick smell of too much carpet cleaner/deodorant that sticks in your nose for a while. Hallway carpets are dirty at points of more traffic. Is close to Sanford airport. Next time I’ll stay further out and leave a little earlier to get at least a decent hotel. Was happy to leave. Won’t stay again.
