this hotel was very run down and dirty. dripping shower, mold in shower, paint chip flakes on floors every where. wall paintings hanging off wall...tears in carpet, elevator had gum in vents. The pictures on line are totally NOT what the hotel looks like inside or outside. I thought I had the wrong hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful though.

Lady that checked us in was excellent. The shuttle bus driver was very friendly. The building is in desperate need of renovations not very clean in the rooms needs a complete deep cleaning and maintenance.

There was nothing unique about the property Paint peeling in bathroom, floor of the walkin shower soft, toilet not flushing right, dingy, dark stunk, beds hard as a rock and lumpy old dingy sheets the covering was disgusting, bed pillows hard heavy and lumpy I wouldn’t keep my dog in there How can you treat people like this It was too late to do anything when we checked in but in the morning we got out as fast as we could and found a really nice place for the same price I will never use Expedia again ever they don’t check in their properties

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and attended. The hotel was run down, lots of general maintenance needed. Needed much repair and updating. The layout of hotel was cluttered and not organized.

I chose this property specifically because the website indicated airport shuttle service. I called to confirm the day before travel, and the person answering the phone replied that they did have an airport shuttle. Just as I waas literally getting ready to end the call, they added, "well, as long as it's between 5am and 5pm". My flight arrived at 815pm, so that was an additional $20 to spend for a cab.

This place needs a lot of updating. There is a couch in the lobby eating area that is absolutely filthy. Room painting are terrible and places are unfinished. The bathroom caulking looks like it was done by a three-year-old. Very very.

Stayed for two days as we wanted to be close to the airport and had no transportation. The pictures from Expedia were not even close. The pool hasn't been taken care of. Didn't look like pictures, not even close. Facility smelled terrible. Took a picture of our room door at night, and all you could see was the light around the entire door. There was black mold on the wall by the tub. Breakfast was very good and the staff, especially Gary, made you feel welcome.

It was after 3:00 before we could check in. The staff was kind of cranky. The computer didn't work. All the carpet in the hallways was ripped out. I was looking for an ice machine: they were sposed to be on 2nd and 3rd floors. I tried 2nd floor first(I wasn't allowed on that floor because of major renovation going on), 3rd floor - I found one that didn't work, so I checked 4th floor and there it was :) Beds were good. I don't remember for sure if I was informed when booking that it was in a state of disrepair, but I sure should have been! Anyway, it still worked for us since we only needed it for 12 hours. It was a good location for us so we could be at the Sanford airport by 4:00 AM. I was sad to have to miss breakfast but they had some things out that I was allowed to take with me.

It was the worst hotel experience we have ever had. Lost our reservation. Smelly and duty. Carpets were worn down and filthy. We had a late flight in. Outbreaks we would have liked for a different hotel Slept about 2 hours in our clothes and left early. We do not recommend this hotel. We refer to it as the hotel hell.

They were in the process of remodeling/redecorating so of course there was Some areas that were not up to standard. I’m sure it will be nice when it’s complete. Also we asked for a wake up. Call at 3 AM but did not come through. Fortunately, our cell phones were a back up or we could have missed a flight.

The only positives about this hotel were Naili and Gary, and the ease to the airport. Naili and Gary went above and beyond. From getting us a room early and Gary getting there early so we weren't late for our flight. The room we stayed in (414) had black mold actively growing on the bathroom walls. You could see the mold under the paint and caulk. There was some orange stuff stuck to the wall by the toilet. Wish I could post pictures.
