“Sehr schönes gepflegtes Anwesen für eine große Familie. Der Pool war klasse und auch top gepflegt. Uns hat es so gut gefallen, dass wir nächstes Jahr wiederkommen wollen. ”

“Wir ( 8 erwachsene Personen ) haben eine super Woche in diesem wunderschönen und grossen Haus verbringen dürfen. Elena und ihre Mutter Herta sind sehr gute Gastgeber. Obwohl Herta im angebauten Hausteil wohnt, hatten wir das Gefühl alleine auf diesem grossen Grundstück mit einem schönen grossen Pool zu sein. Wir konnten sie aber jederzeit um einen Tipp für ein gutes Restaurant fragen, wo sie für uns auch die Tischreservation übernahm. Herzlichen Dank! Unser Hund hat sich auch sehr wohl gefühlt……

“Spacious 2 bedroom apartments with full kitchen. Laundry in the unit. It's convenient to a few restaurants within 2 min walk, and a nice wine shop with knowledgeable staff. We walked with 10-12 min to city center for shopping and dining.”

“As advertised, but larger than I expected. Great bed, great shower, great bathroom, great kitchen, great view, great deck. And La Morra and Piedmont are fabulous. Only complaint: A/C didn't work. Host sent a guy who shrugged and left, and host stopped communicating. But we were ok because there are 4 side decks(!) and each has a door, so the cross-breeze saved the day.”

“Amazing property in the heart of Piedmont. Wonderful villa, amazing pool, terrific views, well appointed kitchen, comfortable beds and excellent outdoor set up. Comfortable for a group. Owner is highly responsive before and during stay for questions and any concerns. Easy travel to local wine destinations. Zero complaints.”

“I am not one who typically writes reviews but I really couldn't have asked for a better home to spend a few nights in Piemonte. The house was big enough to have intimacy amongst friends and couples staying with us, warm enough to bring us all together to raise a glass, knife, and fork. The house felt like a home and we only wish it wasn't November and we could have spent more time relaxing by the pool. Can't wait to come back. Miss it already.”

“This was the second time I stayed at Villa San Lorenzo (the first time was in 2012). While I LOVED it the first time, Clay has done some renovations on the whole property, inside and out of the villa structure, including adding 3-ish stunning acres of Nebbiolo vines, and one of my friends said, "Every inch of this place is so well-thought out and perfect!" That kind of sums it up, but I must add that there is a fine line between "luxurious" and "precious," and VSL hits the mark with every……

“We loved our stay, Host was absolutely amazing and helped us a lot with local activities and knowledge. The property was grand, with picturesque location. Great plce to stay with large family or group of friends. Fire place, BBQ or grill by the pool.”
