The Space:
In terms of layout, Casa Tranquility features three large bedrooms and two bathrooms. The bedrooms each feature different beds, as to maximize comfort for guests with groups of different sizes and age groups. The primary bedroom, of course, features a lush king bed and as a bedroom boasts ensuite access to the primary bathroom and also the back patio. The first guest bedroom features a twin over double bunk bed and also features ensuite access to a front facing patio overlooking peaceful Sand Castle Rd. The second guest bedroom features a queen bed that similarly enjoys ensuite access to a separate front facing patio. Uniquely, all bedrooms feature ensuite patio access to distinct patios, making this home perfect for those groups that desire private indoor/outdoor spaces for reading or simply sipping their favorite drinks while watching the sunset.

The Neighborhood:
Casa Tranquility is located in The Dunes Golf and Tennis Club Community, which is a fantastic subdivision of almost 400 homes surrounding Sanibel's most desirable 18 hole golf course. This property is located just a short bike ride to many of Sanibel's beaches as well as less than 5 minutes causeway access for those wanting to skip traffic lines during high season. For those groups of guests that desire pool access, guest memberships are available for those staying at this property, inquire with The Dunes for more information on pricing. As of 2023 the price for a non-resident family/group membership was approximately $400 monthly and included access to the community pool, among other privileges.
