Perched on the top-floor corner of Building A, this rare and stunning three-bedroom beachfront penthouse offers some of the most breathtaking views anywhere on Sanibel Island. From its elevated position and expansive private rooftop sundeck, guests can enjoy sweeping, 360-degree vistas that span the shimmering Gulf of Mexico, the island’s lush tropical landscape, a peaceful lagoon, and the sparkling community pool. Whether you're watching the sun rise over the palms or catching the last light of a Gulf sunset, the views from this penthouse are simply unforgettable.

This spacious and beautifully updated condo was designed for relaxation and effortless coastal living. The open-concept layout includes a large, comfortable living room, a full dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar. The screened lanai offers shaded outdoor seating with a view, while the private rooftop sundeck provides an ideal spot for sunbathing, dining under the stars, or enjoying uninterrupted views in every direction.
