This condo, Sundial N203, is located within Sundial East, which is a part of the world renowned Sundial community. Sundial is known for its white sugar sand beaches and fantastic amenities. This unit was fully renovated in 2024 with top of the line finishes and decor, aiming to please even the most discerning of guests. Featuring a master bedroom with King bed and en-suite bathroom, a guest bedroom with 2 Queen beds, and den with Murphy bed this unit is ideal for larger parties. The fully equipped kitchen includes all of the cookware one would require to prepare even the most gourmet of meals during their trip. Enjoy crisp, cool, breezes from the comfort of your oversized lanai as you sip coffee in the morning. Lastly, this unit comes with access to an exclusive private cabana accessible from the patio, ideal for relaxing and entertaining at the end of a fun filled day at the beach.

As Sundial East is still recovering from Hurricane Ian, certain amenities including the pool, may not be available during your stay. However, the Sundial resort pool, shopping, dining, and Tiki Bar are all open and available for public use (restaurants, Tiki Bar, and shopping are free and pool usage is currently $50 a day per group). Guest Access:
This is a private rental, you will have access to the amenities of the Sundial East complex which includes a large pool (planned opening date mid- 2025) , tennis, grills, cooking area as well as all Sundial Resort restaurants, shopping, and Tiki bar which are all open to the public.
Guests should be aware that the pool and pool house are currently under construction and are anticipated to open back up in early to mid 2025. Please inquire with us for more details about this.
The Neighborhood:
Sundial of Sanibel is located on Middle Gulf Drive, perfectly situated between the East and West Ends of Sanibel Island. A quick stroll into the mainland, yet secluded enough as to maintain your privacy and atmosphere of tranquility throughout your stay.
Getting Around:
We recommend bikes, golf cart or a rental car, although neither is absolutely necessary to fully enjoy this residence.
Other Things to Note:
Guests must sign a rental agreement and liability waiver before checking in.
