Unit 304, at Sanibel Siesta on the Beach is 77 steps to our private sunning, swimming, shelling beach! The owner takes great pride in this updated relaxed beach condo. Unit 304 is rated exceptional by Vrbo guests. The condo is ideal for couples,families, snowbirds, reunions, chic trips,etc. Recent updates include new impact sliders in living and dining rooms, some new artwork, kitchenware,new rugs, pack and play, highchair, new king nectar mattress in master bedroom, new 55 inch t.v in living room, etc. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you would need to prepare gourmet meals.The condo has 3 flatscreen tv’s, 2 stereos, 3 dvd’s,etc. The condo has a walk-in shower with seat in guest bath. There is a den off the master bedroom with couch and a telework desk with a view of the landscaped lagoon. There is a queen sofa bed in the living room. Previous updates include new lamps, guest room furniture, new tile floors, etc,.The guest room has twin beds, comfortable chair ,tv and dvd. The condo has games, puzzles, dvd library, books and 3 charging stations.The private garage has a beach wagon, beach chairs ,beach toys and spf50 beach umbrella!  The large screened lanai seats 6 and overlooks the lagoon, large heated pool with tiki hut umbrellas and partial view of the Gulf of Mexico.There are two golf courses nearby, bike rental onsite for 25 miles of bike trails, barbecue grills and 2 restaurants next door. Sanibel Siesta has the best office staff around to help you Monday thru Saturday 9-5 and Sunday 9-12 for your convenience. This slice of paradise has lots of extras to make your stay special! The complex is in a great location just steps from the beach. The beach here is plentiful, beautiful and not at all crowded. We did not like the lagoon running through the center of the complex. It is murky unattractive and lends a dank smell to the area. Pool is great. Beach equipment was as described. There are bar b q grills on the premises that we did not use. The unit has an extra room off the master that smells moldy, we kept it closed which made the Master dark Having a garage was very nice. Sheets are limp and stained. Towels are professionally replaced which is great. Living Room rug is ratty. Unit just needs a refresh and new linens. It is one of the only places available for short rental on the beach. The owner Ann is very nice. Since we did not cook or eat here we just feel we should have stayed at the hotel next door for less money. ..but then I have a thing about decent sheets.

This unit is easy to get to and located in an easy to access location on the island. It is also just steps from the beach, shells, and sunsets! We had a terrific time and used all the amenities offered. The kids enjoyed the beach toys and pool, and we enjoyed watching them from the provided beach chairs! Annie was extremely responsive with all of my questions (where to eat, buy groceries and more!).

We enjoyed our stay and the property! The host reached out and made sure we had everything we needed ahead of the trip and once we arrived. Our trip was during the highly unusual cold snap, so we can confirm that the heat works well, too! I recommend the property and this host!

The condo was great with everything needed … and Annie exceeded all expectations in her communication regarding the property and check-in process! We are accustomed to staying on west gulf Dr (pre-hurricane Ian) but it was nice to get acquainted with this side of the island!

There are nothing but good things to say about this property, its location to the beach , the owner , and Sanibel itself. The condo is well kept and overall clean. It could use a little updating but it’s truly the location and the owner who make this property magical. Annie is literally the best owner I have ever dealt with thru VRBO. She not only communicates very well but she genuinely wants you to have a good time offer recommendations for food and shopping. The people who live on the Island are equally as welcoming. Would recommend this property to many keeping in mind that the glitz and glam doesn’t come from the physical appearance of the condo itself but from the beautiful heart of the owner, and the magical peace of the community within the Island. .

My sponsor Ann provided timely update on the property and reassured us that all would be great. Ann's objective updates wer very helpful and enabled us to have our best anniversary trip ever. Wir waren direkt nach den Hurricanes dort und es liefen überall noch Aufräumarbeiten. Die Insel ist doch ganz schön mitgenommen. Das Apartment war ok. Man ist wirklich direkt am Strand, das ist toll. Größe und Ausstattung sind gut, aber es ist alles ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, die Stühle Lösen sich teilweise auf und wir fanden die Einrichtung eher kitschig.

My 2 daughters and I recently returned from a much needed girls trip. We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. It was close to the beach (which we definitely wanted) and large enough for us to be comfy during our down time. But the unexpected part was the excellent communication with the owner, Annie. She answered every question we had and offered great suggestions for our stay. We would definitely stay here again if we’re ever lucky enough to be able to come back!!

My family has stayed in Sanibel many times over the years. This was our first trip back since Hurricane Ian. There is a lot of construction going on, but it meant there were few people on the beach. The shelling was the best I've ever seen. We had a great stay. The owner was communicative and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

I had a relaxing getaway at the condo in Sanibel. It had everything we needed to enjoy the beach. The space is well appointed and comfortable. The owner is welcoming and helpful. The location of the property could not be better. It is truly paradise being able to spend time in Sanibel and just enjoy the beach and pool without having to bring anything. My friends and I (6 teachers on summer break;) had an incredible time during our girl's trip to Sanibel Island. The condo was in the perfect location, allowing us to visit multiple beaches around Sanibel. Among all the beaches we visited, we unanimously agreed that the one near the condo was the best by far. Our host, Ann, was simply amazing. She was incredibly accommodating, checking in on us regularly and providing excellent recommendations for dinners and outings. Ann even made sure we had more than enough beach chairs for our daily relaxation by the shore. I cannot recommend this condo and host highly enough - they both deserve an A++++ rating. I am confident that anyone visiting the area will fall in love with it just as we did.

Both my friend and I had the same immediate first impression after we arrived - we thought this condo was probably one of the cleanest we have ever stayed in on vacation, so that was much appreciated! Short walk to the pool and the beach was very good. Pool is in excellent shape and the pool area is a well-maintained area. No place is perfect, so there are always things to be found that can be improved - for example, the mattresses in both of our rooms could be updated and have provided more support (both of us thought they were not very comfortable to sleep in). Kitchen was adequately stocked for two of us. The complex overall was quiet in the evenings. Loved that you can bring a dog with you to the beach at this condo unit! Condo is a short drive to some very good restaurants.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Sanibel Siesta ! It’s located near great bike trails, golf, tennis, restaurants and shops. The garage has everything you need for the beach along with a wagon to put it all in! The beach is great with lots of shells to gather. The common areas are real pretty with much greenery and flowers. The apartment is situated in a perfect spot near the stairs, garage, laundry, pool, grill, beach and bikes! My family and I enjoyed the screened in porch to play card games or just relax and read a book. Ann was available to answer all my questions. Front desk was helpful too.
