“Es war ein super schöner Weihnachtsurlaub mit der Familie. Alle waren super freundlich und wir konnten zum Glück auch bereits eher einchecken. Bei Fragen und Problemen waren alle direkt vor Ort und hilfsbereit. Alles war entspannt und gut zu erreichen :) ”

“The chairs where really bad. Falling apart and leaving bits and pieces everywhere. including on skin and in bed. The pillows where too thin and 1 was falling apart. The shower was really good. ETA was communicated to us by Bellvilla and was not in order with resort reception. We where blamed for being late. While we came early to the our communicated eta. Appartment only has chairs no sofa. The kitchen wear was filthy on arrival. we found dustbunny's on walls.”

“Wir haben uns in der Fewo sehr wohl gefühlt. Als wir mitten in der Nacht ankamen, hat die Schlüsselabholung via Safe wie beschrieben prima geklappt. Wir kamen in eine gut geheizte Wohnung, was uns sehr gefreut hat - da haben wir schon gegenteilige Erfahrungen gemacht.Es sind 3 Schlafzimmer und im Wohnzimmer auf der Couch kann man auch gut schlafen.Wir fanden es auch sehr gut, dass es ein kleines "Cleaning" Paket gab: 3 Spülmaschinentabs, Lappen usw. Das ist für die ersten Tage prima.Einen……
