LUXURIOUS AND QUIET APARTMENT IN THE CENTER

It is a manor house, typical of the area, belongs to my family for more than a century. In order to optimize its conservation, continuous renovations have been made, the last one in 2012, preserving the antique furniture and decoration accordingly. In common areas such as patio, garden and main gallery it seems as if the time has not passed will live during your stay a setback. Silence is the main characteristic. However, you will enjoy within the apartment the comfort of a modern house with everything you need to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Very quiet, ideally located in the historic city center, churches, wineries and famous restaurants by the sea. It is an apartment in a 19th century manor house. Completely renovated overlooking the main garden of the house. It is better to see it to value it. The apartment has a private terrace at the level of the living room.

Cultural and culinary tourism. For lovers of wine and sea (Designation of origin Jerez, Xerex, Sherry and Manzanilla de Sanlúcar). Horse racing in the month of August, of International Tourist Interest. Silence and tranquility are main characteristics.
In the months of autumn and winter, you will enjoy an atmosphere of peace and tranquility.

Center of Sanlucar

Property is within walking distance of the main plazas and the river/ocean. Lots of restaurants and shopping. Only downside is parking is only available on street and not always close. There is plenty of room to load and unload things temporarily. Owner is very nice and the apartment is furnished nicely in an older Spanish style. We truly enjoyed our week there.

We returned!

We so enjoyed our first stay in the apartment, that we returned again this year. The apartment suits us completely - in the centre of Sanlucar with all the bars but nice and quiet, a short walk to the beach, walking distance to food shops,, free parking outside almost always possible. Josefa is a charming lady and our communications with her have always been excellent. All in all - excellent :)

Excelentes alojamiento y anfitriona en un apartamento en edificio singular.

Calidad/precio excelentes. La propietaria, Josefa, tiene el apartamento en perfecto estado, manteniendo todo el encanto de una casa del siglo pasado. Zentrale Lage und trotzdem ruhig in schönem, altem Haus

Wir wurden von der Besitzerin und ihrer Tochter (spricht gutes Englisch) nach telefonischer Absprache herzlich empfangen. Das Appartement befindet sich in der Altstadt ca. 100 Meter von der belebten Fußgängerzone mit vielen Shops, Restaurants und Bars entfernt. Zum Strand sind es etwa 10-15 min zu Fuß. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten direkt in der kleinen Strasse davor. Das Haus ist im typischen andalusischen Stil gebaut und die gesamte Einrichtung antik bzw. dem antiken Stil angepaßt. Küche und Bad mit modernen Geräten voll ausgestattet, die auch einen längeren Aufenthalt angenehm machen. Besonders angenehm empfanden wir neben der absoluten Ruhe im Haus auch die grosse, teilweise überdachte Terrasse, wo man toll frühstücken und relaxen konnte. Alles sehr sauber. Von uns 5 Sterne und eine klare Empfehlung für Sanlucar. ¡Muchas gracias Josefa, que nos permitieron ser sus invitados!

Magnifica estancia para una ciudad acogedora y diversa.

Si desean disfrutar del clima agradable y suave de Cádiz, de sus playas amplias y de arenas suaves y sobre todo del buen comer y mejor beber, que mejor lugar que la casa de Josefa, excelentemente situada en el centro de la ciudad y a 15 minutos a pie del paseo marítimo y el emblemático Bajo de Guía.
