“firstly, the staff are informative but not really want to help. Besides, the room is clean but not in a good condition, after i went out for sightseeing, the room was terribily hot, i called the housekeeping to have a look of the air conditioner but no response afteri called for the second time, the staff told me that today was sunday so no one will come to fix it! The only way was to change the room. Unluckily, the new room was too cold to stay.The location of hotel is ok, 8minutes to subway……

“Efficient check-in and check-out with free luggage storage. Convenient location for conference in Convention Centre, about 10 minutes walk across the park or along the beach. A few minutes walk to the metro but overall needs 25 minutes to reach city centre. There was no view from our room, opposite was a residential building. Our room was up-graded but it was the same room with additional slipper, bath cloak and coffee maker. We repeated request for a small water kettle but it was not……

“浴巾角落有明顯的大片血漬。櫃子內的層板和洗手檯台面也有灰塵，感覺像很久沒有人入住。訂房時預定吸菸房，住宿給了禁菸房。無提供熱水瓶，需付費租借且要等30分鐘以上。另租借餐具遲遲未送，至櫃檯或餐廳拿取較快。房門上已掛請勿打擾吊牌，但未到退房時間房務卻敲門催促退房。建議若需聯繫房客可先播館內電話，以避免遇到依珊不整的尷尬情況。 ”

“訂家庭房，比預期中空間稍有落差，對價位不便宜的客房居然沒有咖啡壺，頗為失望。在入住前未能將用品備齊到預定入住人數的份量，還需要逐一催討，細心度尚待加強。客房清潔服務人員態度很好也很隨和，餐廳服務人員提供客房服務也會給予出奇的驚喜。周遭環境很便捷，前往會議廳也很方便!!”

“This hotel didn't look like what I had seen on the picture! The room is small, the bed is not comfortable at all, the sheet had a bad smell, and the water for showering became very cold frequently. The dinner we had on the first floor in the hotel was really terrible! The beef has bad smell and is hard to bite. However, the room is clean, which is the only thing that comfort me after a exhausting day.”
