“Check in experience is good as the staff is very responsible and speaks good English. The service is also flexible in providing early check in and late check out. Sea view room is very cool too. Housekeeping really brings the overall stay experience very mediocre, because: 1. the dishes and water glasses were not cleaned everyday. “The reception staff were really nice & friendly. The room was spacious (one living room, one bedroom, a bathroom, and a balcony. “Good Location but most likely you need to take a cab to move around the island since it is a bit far for walking to ibiza town or nightclubs. However,the figueretas surrounding is nice with a number of restaurants along the coast. The room is okay with nice balcony and kitchen. “Cant fualt this hotel, massive upgrade from the hotel we stayed in down the road two years ago, in every aspect. All inclusive package with solarium access. Food was 5 star, so much healthy choice on all 3 meals of the day. Would say its the best ive had in all inclusive hotels. Solarium is a must to book prior to travelling, however it is alot more expensive if you upgrade when you are there. No queing for the bar, snacks brought round often, comy loungers and beds on the upper floor also……

Amazing party

"The staff is very helpful and friendly. Our room has been delayed for 2 hours, the receptionist was offering us free drink and tried their best to make us feel better. The room was nice for people who like party. Overall, it was ann amazing experience and the beach is clean and pretty. "

"The room and facilities are amazing as the preview shoes. However, I have requested a large bed during book but eventually 2 single beds were arranged. And we complaint to the manager but she kept passing the buck instead of giving her best effort to help and arrange. This seriously ruined our overall experience in the hotel. I keep it fair while reviewing the hardware of the hotel but the overall experience and attitude did disappoint me a lot in such a lovely place in Ibiza"
