“We had a great stay here, all the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Especially the girls on the anamacion team. They were always cheery and even though our daughter is too young to participate in most things they always spoke to her and tried to include her, making balloon animals for her etc. I would stay here again and would recommend to anyone else looking for a quiet family break on Ibiza.”

“We stayed for 6 days. The house was really cool. Amazing view of the sea. We did have some issues with the water. We were told there’s work going on in the town that’s impacting the water pressure. The WiFi is nonexistent in certain parts of the home FYI. Other than that the stay was solid. ”

“We had a lovely family stay over Easter, the hotel exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and the staff were really friendly. We stayed in d'en Bossa as a base and travelled around the island. It was difficult to park for free in the area (but luckily we always managed to). There is also a big car park just across the road though. We travelled out of season so the clubs weren't yet open and I imagine it was quieter for this reason. You could still hear music, and of course, the planes……

“Excellent location, first class facilities, friendly staff. Lovely spacious apartment. Comfortable beds softest pillows and towels. Beautiful beachside lounge area and bar. Spa was lovely and would highly recommend facial and full body massage by Juan. Everyone should experience this most sensual massage at least once in their lifetime. Loved our stay didn’t want to leave.”

“we booked hotel apartamentos lux mar,they arrange us to the tropical garden which was a kind of upgraded I think!The swimming pool was nice and the view of the room was good!Ten mins walk to the airport bus station,I suggest you to take a taxi.The bed really uncomfortable,you get what you pay for,it's fair!”

“Check in experience is good as the staff is very responsible and speaks good English. The service is also flexible in providing early check in and late check out. Sea view room is very cool too. Housekeeping really brings the overall stay experience very mediocre, because: 1. the dishes and water glasses were not cleaned everyday. We stayed there 4 nites and have accumulated several dishes and glasses at the sink. 2. bed sheets were not made properly. 1st half is out of the mat……

“The reception staff were really nice & friendly. The room was spacious (one living room, one bedroom, a bathroom, and a balcony. Also, the room is equipped with kitchen stuff so we could cook by ourselves. Nice neighborhood area and close to beach. The city centre is within walking distance. Overall it was a good stay!”

Amazing party

"The staff is very helpful and friendly. Our room has been delayed for 2 hours, the receptionist was offering us free drink and tried their best to make us feel better. The room was nice for people who like party. Overall, it was ann amazing experience and the beach is clean and pretty. "

"The room and facilities are amazing as the preview shoes. However, I have requested a large bed during book but eventually 2 single beds were arranged. And we complaint to the manager but she kept passing the buck instead of giving her best effort to help and arrange. This seriously ruined our overall experience in the hotel. I keep it fair while reviewing the hardware of the hotel but the overall experience and attitude did disappoint me a lot in such a lovely place in Ibiza"
