“Pas de Wi-Fi, pas de parking, accès difficile pour personnes à mobilité réduite, mauvaise insonorisation et voisins bruyants, Tv est pour la décoration (ne fonctionne pas), éclairages ne fonctionnent pas (SDB, Chambre...), propreté médiocre... Une experience à jamais refaire.”

“Habitué de cet hotel. Un peu déçu de l'etat de propreté de la salle de bain. Trace de savon sec sur la baignoire et des meches de poils sur la bonde de la douche. Odeur de tabac froid dans la chambre!!!!. Et la femme de chambre qui oublie de refaire notre chambre. Beaucoup de hics pour un hotel 4 Etoiles.”

“這是一次相當舒適的體驗，員工服務態度相當不錯，房間寬敞明亮，遠眺城市景觀，能見到對面山頂的白雪，只可惜進大門處沒有拖拉行李的坡道，但是樓下的飲水，糖果及水果等也足以彌補旅途的勞累，👍😊”

“Staff is friendly. Although not knowing much English, they basically tried their best to communicate with me. Room is okay. I only had a short stay there but in general a good hotel. Breakfast choices are limited but good.”

“The hotel is ok. But Expedia chested us. When we book , it was written including breakfast even the confirmation email. But then hotel said not. Then I contact Expedia. They promise to refund me the price. When we reply them with the invoice excluding breakfast. They replied us they don’t give breakfast. We have to pay ourselves. From beginning to end, they cheated us twice. I gonna use law to claim it . Ideally not for little money but to let them do not cheat others. ”
