Our stay at the Majestic was wonderful. The room was beautiful and having a balcony with a spectacular view was especially nice. Staff and service were excellent. The walk to Sorrento was about 15 minutes which was no problem for our group. There are also some restaurants and shops close to the hotel just not as many as Sorrento. We absolutely enjoyed staying at the Majestic and I would highly recommend a stay there.

We had a great 3 night stay at the Majestic Palace Hotel in Sant Agnello / Sorrento. The hotel was beautiful and very clean, and is an easy 10 minute walk from the Sant Agnello train station, or a 30 minute walk to the Sorrento train station. It is super convenient to all other sites in Sorrento. Great restaurants in the area. The staff members were great super friendly, and were very eager to answer our questions, and offered up great local suggestions for us. The grounds were incredible - with a beautiful pool, and rear gardens, including beautiful roses, lemon trees, and orange trees. The breakfast was fantastic! Thank you for a great stay!

Everything about the hotel was amazing minus the bed quality. The staff was super helpful, kind and top notch! The location was safe and beautiful. The rooftop bar was fabulous! The only small complaint was the bed/mattress was not very comfortable and for the price and quality of everything else, we were expecting a much more comfortable bed. Would not return because of this but was lovely otherwise!

The staff at the hotel were brilliant. It is an excellent permanent staff team who are super helpful without being intrusive. The property is well maintained and the gardens and pool lovely. Look out for the trees in the garden growing both oranges and lemons on the same tree!

Overall the Majestic was a beautiful property however, what made this a 4 instead of a 5 star for us were the paper thin walls. You truly can hear everything from everyone. During the day, this wasn’t a huge problem but at night we were waken up periodically throughout the night due to hearing every footstep from our upstairs neighbors. The last night we were here, it sounded as if those neighbors were up till 4-5am and it was hard to sleep because of how loudly you can hear everything. Despite that, the room was clean, breakfast was decent, and property was beautiful.

Location is excellent, peaceful area a short distance from Sorrento town centre. Hotel is very nice. Rooftop amazing and swimming pool area is perfect for hot days. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast average, would have been nice to have fruit and bigger choice of cereals and omelettes or other eggs choices included. Restaurant food very good though. We were on the top floor, largest balcony imaginable with exceptional views of the sea and Vesuvius. However downside was noice from the cocktail bar but music was pleasant and finished by 10 so acceptable. More soundproofing if the lifts is necessary since noise was constant and very noticeable in the rooms. I would stay again but choose a roof away from the lifts!

Staff were all fantastic and great dining experiences. Concierge and front desk were sooo helpful with excellent guidance for exploring the area. Highly recommend this hotel. The roof top outdoor lounge has incredible panoramic views with a very relaxing atmosphere.
