“Based on previous reviews we were looking forward to our stay in Melfi and were not disappointed. The apartment is bright and modern and perfectly located within very short walking distance of cafes and restaurants as well as Melfi castle. Our host Giorgio was very friendly and gave us many recommendations for our stay and kept in touch to ensure everything was to our liking. Highly recommended property and a wonderful host. “After 2 weeks of wonderful non stop sightseeing, hiking and the wall to wall tourists of the entire Amalfi coast…Tenuta Santojanni was the PERFECTLY serene, visually stunning setting to appreciate the incredible Countryside of Italy. “We were looking for an out of the way quiet apartment to base a month trip to Italy. I had heard about Calitri from a House Hunters International show on HGTV. The people of the town were lovey....friendly and welcoming to us. I orginally was not going to have a car but I think it would have been very difficult to be in this town with a car to explore surrounding areas. Host was super quick to respond with questions we had. All in all a great month! ”

“Such a gem! We really enjoyed our stay. The host was great and had an entire book of local places to see and places to eat! The house is within a reasonable distance from Salerno. We were able to catch the train from Salerno / Pompeii and Naples. We enjoyed our stay very much. it was perfect for our 3 dogs and our cat to run around in the completely enclosed property -surrounded by olive trees.”
