“A neat and comfortable house with everything you need for a lovely vacation. The pool was a blessing in the hot weather. The air conditioning was wonderful on the hottest days. Every bedroom had a bathroom. Linen was super clean and towels were changed weekly. Mila was the Most wonderful liaison, giving us wonderful tips and guidance. The kitchens and fridges were great for keeping all the groceries fresh. Would recommend this wonderful place for amazing local scenery and access to Todi. ……

“Our large group of family and friends loved our stay. Even with spotty weather (Spring rains) we were either cozy or basking in the sun by the pool. Plenty of space, comfortable beds, thoughtful host….we loved this spot. Todi was wonderful too - very few tourists and lots of places to eat. This is our 4th villa stay and this is now one of our very favorites!”

“Visite de l’Italie avant la ruée, c’est parfait. Tout n’est pas ouvert pour la saison mais suffisamment pour compenser le trop plein. Nous sommes en Italie pour plusieurs semaines et apprécions de ne pas avoir à réserver à l’avance partout. Mars est un peu froid et humide, il faut prévoir les bons vêtements. ”

“Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la Villa Campi di Sotto! Sara et Simone sont des hôtes charmants et attentionnés. Le contact est facile et très agréable ! L'arrivée au gîte se fait de manière simple et Sara donne tous les détails utiles. Le gîte correspond à la description et aux photos... mais en mieux ! Difficile de ne pas tomber sous le charme de cette magnifique bâtisse et de ses extérieurs tellement magnifique. Et que dire de la piscine ! Bref notre semaine en Ombrie fut magique.……

“Das Haus ist etwas älter, aber charmant und geräumig. Der Pool ist schön und groß, das Sprungbrett gibt es aber leider nicht mehr. Der Garten ist wunderschön angelegt und perfekt gepflegt. Zum kleinen Borgo kann man zu Fuß gehen. Dort gibt es ein schönes Restaurant. Leider Liegt allerdings die Autobahn in Hörweite und Sichtweite, es rauscht rund um die Uhr. ”

“Das Haus ist ein ganz wunderbares Kleinod auf dem weitläufigen Gelände eines Weinguts, vollkommen abgeschirmt, überaus ruhig, voll ausgestattet und mit einem unschlagbaren Blick auf Orvieto. Ein Auto ist notwendig, aber das benötigt Ihr eh, um zB nach Perugia oder Assisi zu fahren. Der Besitzer des Weingutes bietet auch ein sehr nettes Wein Tasting an, der Wein ist lecker und bezahlbar. Unbedingt empfehlenswert, wir hatten großartige Tage.”

“Abbiamo soggiornato per 3 notti in questa magnifica residenza insieme a 10 amici. Il proprietario è stato da subito molto disponibile e veloce nelle comunicazioni. La posizione è pazzesca in cima alla valle dei calanchi con Civita di Bagnoregio proprio difronte. La strada per arrivare è un po’ scomoda ma vale la pena per la tranquillità che ti assicura, lontano da strade, case o negozi. Sicuramente ci torneremo, magari in estate per provare la splendida piscina ”
