Comfortable Villa 20 meters from the sea and large private pine forest

Bicus Villa is a detached house on two floors surrounded by a large private pine forest of Aleppo pine of 3.7 hectares of land fenced. It 'the first Villa Street Candiani and grounds extending to the marina harbor beach Pino in which the house has direct access through a gate.
The house has three bedrooms: one double with en suite bathroom with a large shower and two double rooms with bunk beds (convertible into double) of sturdy solid wood served by an adjacent bathroom with shower.
It has a living room with fireplace and kitchenette, a veranda with sofas, a large square in front and a barbecue.
All rooms are equipped with cooling and heating.
The outdoor areas are furnished and include two dining areas, one near the barbecue, with tables of different sizes and their chairs.
And 'available the washing machine and microwave.
Parking is internal and exclusive use.
Internet service is available on request.
Villa Bicus is an ideal place for a relaxing holiday for lovers of the sea and contact with nature. Ideal for families, but also for couples or small groups who prefer holidays away from places too crowded and where there are corners of unspoiled nature. The house, in fact, is located near 4 beaches with crystal clear waters just a few meters (first beach, second beach, the beach of the Dunes and beach of Porto Pinetto) and several coves within easy reach.

House was very well , big garden and bbq place. Porto Pino beach at walking distance. Kite spot nearby (Punta Trettu ,Porto Botto) This place ( Porto Pino) is also nice for a non kite boarder.

maison idéalement placée

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Porto Pino est une petite station balnéaire magnifique principalement fréquentée par des italiens. La région du sud est superbe. La location, parfaitement propre concerne une partie de la villa d'environ 80 m² intérieur plus un patio et une magnifique terrasse aménagée et éclairée donnant sur un magnifique terrain arboré sans aucun vis avis. L'autre partie de la résidence peut être habité par les propriétaires mais sans aucune proximité. La climatisation est en option. A demander à l'avance pour les périodes très chaudes mais non indispensable en temps normal car la villa est naturellement bien aérée dès qu'il y a une brise du nord et équipé de ventilateurs. Nous n'y avons très bien dormi grâce avec des matelas conformables et sans recours à la climatisation. Les propriétaires ont très aidants afin de faciliter notre séjour et sont des personnes charmantes. A recommander!

Beautiful and perfect for families

It’s a very beautiful and large property, situated at a 10 min walk from the beach and center. The rooms are equipped as seen in the photos, very well maintained and furnished. We had AC in every room but didn’t need it because during the night the house was naturally cool. The kitchen is very well furnished with fridge, oven, boiling pot, toaster, cutlery, and basically everything you need for a family with small children. There is a large terrace which can easily accomodate a party and there are many areas in the garden where kids can play. The host and their family were very accomodating and helpful, gave and offered us any extra we needed. The driveway fits 3 cars and there’s an access road in the back and a port(beach) access in the front. We stayed in 4 locations in Sardinia and this was definitely the best.

Great villa in lovely place

Very nice villa surrounded by trees near a small harbour and the sea. Great house with outside fireplace and outside shower. Nice garden to relax in. All and all a great atmosphere and relaxing place. Few little restaurants and bars on walking distance, other stores and restaurants are 15 mins by car. Lovely owners of the house, communication is warm and helpful. We will definitely come back here!

2 Wochen Urlaub Mitte Oktober mit 6 Personen

Vermieter sind super freundlich und unkompliziert, tolle Kommunikation. Haus ist wie beschrieben. Nicht sehr groß, aber wir haben eh sehr wenig Zeit im Haus verbracht. Alles ist sauber und ordentlich. Der Platz um das Haus ist großzügig und mit Grill und großem Essplatz ausgestattet. Porto Pino war im Oktober schon sehr ruhig. Aber in Sant'Anna Arresi haben wir alles bekommen, was wir benötigt haben. Der Hafen ist klein und schön angelegt. Gleich darauf beginnt der Strand. Dort ist es sauber und das Meer flach, somit perfekt für Nichtschwimmer- Kinder. Wir haben unsere 2 Wochen sehr genossen. Einziger Wehrmutstropfen: Massen von Stechmücken und Wespen. Und die waren auch noch immun gegen jede Art von Insektenspray. Wir haben sie Zeit trotz allem sehr genossen und werden gerne wieder kommen. Un luogo meravilloso

Villa Bicus ...

7 Personen (4E + 3K) sind zu viel für die mit grundsätzlich gutem Wille eingerichtete Wohnung. Die Zimmer sind eher klein und es hat keinen stau Raum fürs Gepäck und die Küche hat nicht wirklich die Kapazität mit zwei Kochfeldern. DU und Bad sind einwandfrei und sauber wie der Rest der Wohnung. Draussen hat es einen grossen Esstisch. Mücken und Wespen machen das Essen draussen aber unerträglich ... trotz diversen Anti-Mückensprays haben wir das Mittel zum draussen essen nicht gefunden. Schade! Vielleicht lags an der Jahreszeit (Ende September 2018)? Für die Sarden ist der Sommer zu Ende und es herrscht Aufbruchstimmung. Die zu Fuss erreichbaren Strände (Dune etc.) sind eben so wunderschön wie die Strände (Sant'Antioco, Tuerredda etc.) die per Auto innerhalb von 20 - 40 Minuten erreichbar sind. Alles in allem waren es - trotz lästigen Mücken und Wespen - schöne Ferien und die Villa Bicus hat durchaus ihren Charme ...

Un posto meraviglioso con visto sul mare. Il giardino con i pini è grande con molto ombra. I proprietari sono molto simpatici e la spiaggia è vicinissima. I bagni sono moderni. Se mai torniamo a Sardegna, torniamo qui.

Traumhafte Villa direkt am Hafen

Riesige Terrasse unter hohen Kiefern, Grillofen und gut ausgestattete Küche, also alles da, um die kulinarischen Köstlichkeiten Sardiniens zu verarbeiten. Fisch kauft man am Gartentor und den Fischern beim Netze und Boote richten zuzuschauen, wird nie langweilig. An Ostern ist es noch kühl, aber das Land ein Traum in gelb und lila. Das Haus liegt günstig zum Einkaufen und für Ausflüge. Wir kommen wieder.

Perfektes Haus auf großem Grundstück in traumhafter Lage

Wir haben in der Villa Bicus zwei sehr schöne Wochen verbracht. Das Haus liegt absolut ruhig, der große Strand von Porto Pino und eine kleine Bucht sind zu Fuß in fünf Minuten erreichbar. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, mit zwei neuen Bädern und gut ausgestattet. In dem riesen Garten haben sich auch unsere beiden Kindern sehr wohl gefühlt. Nicht zuletzt waren auch die Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können Villa Bicus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Riesengrundstück in traumhafter Lage

Das Grundstück liegt tatsächlich direkt am Hafen wie auf dem Bild zu sehen. Der Hafen ist wie im Bilderbuch mit glasklarem Wasser unter den Booten. Dann noch 50m und man ist am kilometerlangen Strand, am Ende davon tolle Dünen. In der anderen Richtung Klippen und kleine Ministrände wo unsere Kinder fast täglich getaucht haben. Die Wohnung ist schön, hat zwei völlig neu renovierte Badezimmer. Über ein paar Kleinigkeiten wie ein wackelnder Küchentisch oder fehlende Weingläser schaut man gerne hinweg.
