The whole apartment is rented on the hay farm and is located in the Val dei Mocheni in the heart of Trentino, exactly in Sant Orsola Terme. Here we offer the experience of sleeping on a mattress with hay bales underneath. They are beautifully furnished with wood, located in a particularly romantic place, ideal for short stays of 2 to 6 people.
The farm is equipped with every comfort, it is very large because it is arranged internally on a floor of 150 square meters and then there are two separate mezzanines, there is also a sauna with relaxation area. We are close to the first Panarotta ski lift and not far from other ski resorts in the Val di Fiemme Cermis. We are also close to the Christmas markets that also offer many activities and excursions for the little ones. The price includes: heating, electricity, gas, hot and cold water, firewood for the stove and basic foods,
Activities; Cross-country skiing - Ski mountaineering - Excursions with snowshoes - Sledge - Wellness and relaxation - Swimming pools - Wellness centers. Summer activities: Nordic Walking - Tennis - Mountain Bike - Climbing - Canoe / boat / pedalo / surf - Ice skating - Paragliding and hang gliding - Archery - Forest Park - Fishing - Mushroom picking - Orienteering - Educational farm - Playground - Horse riding - Via Ferrata - High mountain excursions.
Outside the farm there is a large green area with barbeque. We also have an internal stube open from the end of March to around October for meteorological reasons. Nearby you can visit the mountain huts, group excursions and workshops for children are often organized. Among the various practicable excursions there are the lake of erdemolo, refuge setteselle, the mine of erdemolo, malga pletz, doss of costalta etc ..

Wonderful!
We enjoyed four days „away from it all“ at Serena‘s apartment. We felt very welcomed (a delicious cake was waiting for us!) and at home immediately. The apartment is decorated in a very friendly and loving way with many pretty details. Sitting on the balcony enjoying the wonderful view was beautiful. Serena is a great host! She was always reachable and very helpful.

Eine kleine Auszeit
Eine Wohnung mit allen Annehmlichkeiten des täglichen Lebens und mehr. Etwas abseits vom Trubel kann man hier sehr schön entspannen und abschalten. In 20 Minuten ist man trotzdem mitten im Leben von Trient. Die Gastgeberin war jederzeit erreichbar und hat viele gute Empfehlungen gegeben. Die Kommunikation war sehr herzlich und persönlich. Den Namen "Heuhof" trägt das Anwesen zu Recht, es duftet in der Wohnung nach Heu und ein Doppelbett ist auch auf Heu aufgestellt. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen. Vielen Dank! Wundervolle Reise und Appartment
Wir konnten in unserem Kurzurlaub den Aufenthalt im Apartement sehr genießen. Alles war sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und es duftete überall nach frischem Heu. Die Lage war für uns perfekt - wir wollten unsere Ruhe abseits von Touristengebieten in der Nebensaison genießen. In der Gegend gibt es einige schöne Wanderwege. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war excellent, zeitnah und sehr freundlich. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Abbiamo soggiornato a Maso del Fieno per 4 notti, siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi dall’appartamento, molto curato nei dettagli e pulito. Non manca nulla. È situato in una zona molto tranquilla, lontana dalla strada principale e dal paese, tale da godere a pieno il relax e la natura. Su suggerimento di Serena abbiamo potuto assaggiare prodotti tipici fatti da locali come marmellate, pane, torte e latte appena munto. Sicuramente torneremo!

Posto e persone indimenticabili!!!
Qui non si parla solamente di aver affittato una casa per un periodo di vacanza. Qui parliamo di GUSTARE E VIVERE un posto splendido come la Valle dei Mocheni, con paesaggi spettacolari anche solo uscendo sul balcone di casa, sentieri da godere con semplici passeggiate e case (maso in questo caso) di montagna accoglienti come casa propria. Un maso favoloso (Località Zorzioi precisamente, una frazione di Sant’Orsola Terme) come quello che abbiamo affittato noi, un’oasi di relax, accogliente, pulito, magico e assolutamente originale! Le persone del posto....SQUISITE! Ci hanno fatto assaggiare il latte appena munto (la prima volta per me!) ed è stato fantastico! Un gusto intenso e dolce da provare assolutamente! Ci hanno regalato l’opportunità di assaggiare torte fatte in casa con marmellate di produzione propria, liquori fatti con i frutti di bosco del posto e un miele....senza rivali! Ma sopra ogni cosa.....l'ospitalità!!! Abbiamo avuto il piacere di conoscere delle persone vere, simpatiche e dolcissime che sanno davvero cosa vuol dire essere umani, umili e prodigarsi per il benessere del prossimo. Siamo rimasti piacevolmente sconvolti da tutto questo e non posso non consigliarlo a CHIUNQUE perché in tutto e per tutto meritano la massima attenzione e il massimo dei voti! Al momento del nostro arrivo la proprietaria ci ha accolto con molta cordialità e simpatia, la casa era impeccabile e ci siamo sentiti subito a nostro agio. Su consiglio della proprietaria siamo andati a mangiare in dei bei posti e mangiato molto bene. Lo Chalet è ristrutturato molto bene, caldo ed accogliente, il camino è la sauna sono i pezzi forti di questa abitazione che non teme confronti. Siamo stati benissimo e ritorneremo sicuramente

Casa davvero bella, atmosfera romantica ma perfetta anche per gruppi di amici. La sauna è una chicca
Siamo stati un weekend, 3 coppie più due bimbe (a cui era dedicato anche un angolo gioco, purtroppo sul soppalco non del tutto sicuro ma molto carino). La cucina ha anche la lavastoviglie, dettaglio da non sottovalutare per le cene tra amici e soprattutto in vacanza! Il soggiorno con camino e sauna rende tutto magico, con una vista fantastica dal balcone. Serena molto disponibile, ci ha dato molte dritte per muoverci sul posto (noi siamo stati a sciare a Obereggen). Do 5stelle nonostante mi debba lamentare di una cosina: in bagno mancavano i prodotti per l'igiene, capisco che non siamo in hotel ma mi aspettavo almeno il sapone per le mani. A parte questo non mancava niente, consiglio il Maso del Fieno :) è stata una bella vacanza

Beautiful property, tastefully refurbished
We spent a very happy 2 weeks at the house. It is comfortable, and in a quiet location. Serena kept us informed about local events, and she is very friendly and helpful. There is a pretty garden and a chalet with barbecue. We were lucky to stay whilst only the top floor is ready for occupation, and we had sole use of the garden. Now is the time to stay if you want the lovely peace and quiet on your own. Later, there will be 2 more apartments available, both of which also look like they will be beautiful. It's worth knowing there is not yet any internet facility, so top up your data allowance before staying.

Il maso è davvero bello, grande, curato e riesce a rievocare la perfetta atmosfera montana, con il suo profumo di legno e fieno. Serena è stata molto gentile e attenta a soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza, senza mai essere invadente, ma fornendoci tutte le informazioni e i suggerimenti giusti per godere al meglio della nostra mini-vacanza, ci ha anche fatto trovare un ottimo rinfresco di benvenuto a base di salumi, formaggi, dolce e spumante... Davvero graditissimo! Tutto perfetto in ogni dettaglio. Decisamente consigliato!

Charming farmhouse apartment
The apartment is well-finished. The mattresses on the beds are supported by bales of fresh clean hay, which not only provide a comfortable sleep, but add a wonderfully-pleasing aroma to the place. Our hostess Serena provided a bottle of sparkling wine, along with a board of meat and cheese with fresh bread, which were truly appreciated after our tiring travel. It is obvious that these people are passionate about their property. Our stay was a great experience. Don't be fooled by Google street view from 2011. The property has been improved upon immensely.
