Nestled on the ground floor (with 7 private steps to enter the apartment), in a charming multi-unit Spanish-style property, just three blocks from State Street, this 533 sq ft retreat seamlessly blends historic architectural charm with modern luxury, minimalism, and convenience. Indulge in breathtaking mountain views right from your bed! Casa Riviera 11 features a private entrance from the street and a full kitchen.

- Second bedroom with queen bed and balcony with stunning mountain views
- Secondary bathroom with a shower accessible from the hallway, custom vanity, and high-end toiletries

- Free parking in private underground garage, on a first-come, first-served basis; accessible by elevator to all floors. This apartment can be accessed from the elevator by walking around the corner or via the driveway ramp to street level.
- Free street parking if the garage is full
- No daily housekeeping; refresh service available for 5+ night stays (by request)
