Immaculately renovated modern downstairs efficiency studio, one door down from State Street. Enjoy the Samsung split cooling and heating system for ultimate comfort. Includes a flat screen smart TV with streaming, casting, and Airplay features. A private bath with a rain shower, kitchenette with Keurig, microwave, mini fridge, and a patio with bistro set complete this uniquely appointed stay in Santa Barbara. *In an effort to support sustainable tourism and reduce our carbon footprint, we provide Public Goods toiletries, compostable sponges, trash bags, and green cleaning products.*

NOISE DISCLAIMER: This unit is below an upper unit. It is possible to hear noises coming from above you. We notify the upstairs guests of this and let them know to please be respectful of their noise level to not disturb downstairs guests. Should you have any issues with this, please call our dedicated hospitality line and we will reach out to the guests above to remedy the situation immediately.

*NO PARTIES: We have a strict 'No Party' policy-parties or events are not allowed. Quiet hours are enforced from 10pm-8am.*

This is a self-serve stay. We provide contactless self check-in. The doors are all equipped with smart locks, a unique code will be generated and sent to you on check-in day.

This complex does not have live TV service. All TVs are equipped with apps (Netflix, Hulu, YouTube TV, and Amazon Video) for your streaming pleasure. The unit has fast wifi.

This is a self-serve stay. We are off-site hosts; there is no front desk or office, and we provide contactless self-check-in. We have a dedicated hospitality phone line in case of emergencies (24/7) and our team is available on call, text, or chat during 5 am - 1 am to help assist you during your stay!

Clean and remodel. Great location. Too small to stay again. Saw other places that friends had via VROB. So much more room and space for the same price per night. Also nice.

Great place, Great location.

We were in SB for 5 nights, and Unit 6D provided a prefect home base for us. It was clean, check in was super easy, and just 1 block east of State Street. We could walk to the market, restaurants and shops in SB, and also up to the Old Mission through beautiful neighborhoods. We needed fresh towels and a simple text request was answered quickly and house keeping dropped them off. The unit was bright, clean, and wifi was great as we needed to do some remote work. I liked that the sidewalk/patio had cafe table with 2 chairs and was off to the side of the house. It offered nice privacy and the western sun. We spent evenings out there with a bottle of wine and was lovely. The bed was really comfortable! The unit also came with toiletries, in case you forgot yours, which was much appreciated! It was nice to have a small fridge, coffee maker, microwave and dishes. We would definitely stay here again!

Your New Fav Spot To Stay

I absolutely adored this listing. The location was AMAZING and the accommodations were also incredible. It was located just off of State Street and was in a quiet and safe area. As a solo traveler I tend to get nervous when booking in places I have never been but I could not have felt more safe here! It is short walking distance to all things downtown and was SO nice. The inside was immaculately clean and the bed was so comfortable. The host left so many different toiletries and necessities for myself and I will definitely be staying here again!

Perfect location, just a short walk to state street where all the great restaurants and shopping are. The unit was just like the pictures, and the shower products were wonderful and they even provided mini makeup remover whipes (so cute). Overall couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Great property in a great location

The location of this property is great for staying close to downtown SB. The property does not come equipped with a full kitchen (just a coffee maker) so plan meals accordingly. The space was clean, modern, and the tub was deep and luxurious.

This place was super small. It was lacking a lot of basic things you might need when traveling from a distance. When near a beach there will be lots of sand and no broom or way to clean it up. It was in a great location near lots of restaurants, shopping and in a great walking area.
