Tucked away in a quiet beach community near the iconic Rosewood Miramar Beach Resort, this historic cottage is only moments from Hammonds surf spot and the majestic beaches of Montecito. Lovingly maintained by generations past and present and infused with natural light, live like a local as you bask in tranquility, walk to Hammonds Beach or explore nearby art & culture. No matter your choice be sure to savor these priceless memories for years to come! This location is an ideal spot for those looking to reconnect with the tranquility of nature. An effortless 5-10 minute walk from Hammonds surf spot, this property embodies all that makes the local area so special.
Enjoy a private yard with decked patio and BBQ. 1 Non-shedding dog allowed.
We provide all linens and essentials including a fully equipped kitchen and outdoor BBQ. The yard is lovely and spacious.
We also provide a pack and play portable crib and high chair for infants and small children.
This property may or may not have surveillance cameras installed in common areas for security purposes only. Any such cameras (if applicable) are strictly limited to public common areas and are expressly prohibited in any location where a reasonable expectation of privacy exists, in accordance with California Penal Code 647(j).
Good Neighbor Policy and city regulations require the use of decibel monitoring devices when located in residential areas.
These are not listening or recording devices.

We care about your stay and are available 24/7 in the event of emergency or other urgent matter.
All our properties are registered with the city and remit the city taxes, a legal requirement to operate.
We love our guests and strive to provide exceptional vacations and lifelong memories...without numerous added fees!
HALLER COASTAL HOMES / PROPERTY OWNER POLICIES & HOUSE RULES:
* Guests must complete 2 easy steps within 24 hours of booking - Digitally signed rental agreement and Secure Guest Verification
* Minimum age to rent is 25 years old, per homeowners insurance policy
* Arrival and Departure Times are shown above.
* No smoking / no vaping policy - at no time in or on the premises.
* Strict no party, social gatherings policy - only guests listed on the rental agreement are permitted on premises
* Good Neighbor Policy in effect - quiet times are between 10:00pm and 8:00am
* Cancellation Policy - listed above and shown prior to booking. We highly recommend purchasing trip insurance!
* Rates change daily - until booking is confirmed
* Property owner and/or Haller Coastal Homes reserves the right to deny any reservation
