Check-in was easy. Very nice front desk staff. Room was clean and comfy. Shower was not great. More a of a trickle. Access to the pool and hot tub was great from our room balcony. Wish it stayed open until 10pm, however. The breakfast that was included was fine. Great location. Felt safe. Would definitely go back.

Very quiet and close to all the sites. We enjoyed the happy hour and were able to mingle with other travelers. Clean rooms and only thing that gives it 4 star is the breakfast was very limited (egg bites warmed up in the microwave) and muffins were stale. Everything else made up for this and we just ended up having more fruit for breakfast. We would've loved gluten free and dairy free options so my husband couldn't each much.

The hotel staff was nice. Property is a bit older but kept well. Walls seem thin as we could hear the family next to us throughout our stay. Location was a bit far (walking) from main activities we had planned.

This is a very well situated hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. They provide a nice wine-cheese-crackers and cookies spread in the early evening, and comprehensive breakfast in the morning, complete with oatmeal, fresh fruit, yogurt, all types of breads/rolls/bagels, a bite-size fritatta, and of course coffee and tea. All of this at a reasonable price for Santa Barbara. Don’t hesitate to stay here!

The staff at this hotel were lovely especially Angel. We stayed for three nights. Tie first night was pretty bad. There was a wedding seemingly right outside our window and it was loud. We could hear the vows and the music was soooo loud. Also, it was a windy night and the power went out repeatedly. I understand that the hotel couldn’t control the weather but the power was out for a long time. There were tiny black gnat like bugs in our room too. The courtyard is beautiful. The morning coffee was very good.

A bit misleading… it’s an upgraded motel, kind of looks like an alley on the side where you park and enter your room. Hot water very tepid. Front desk away often. Nothing too special.

Loved the location, walkable to the fish market and beach. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The room was decently clean. Street/neighbor noise was a bit audible, but was bearable.

Mickey at the front desk was absolutely amazing! From his vast knowledge of Santa Barbara and its history in general, to his well rounded experience with wine and his recommendations for things to do around the area. Easy access to pool and spa through sliding glass door in room. Back lit mirror in bathroom with a defrost button for a steamed up mirror after a hot shower. Soap, shampoo and lotions made from great quality. Breakfast in the morning was phenomenal. Service was quick, staff is attentive and pleasant. Highly recommend and plan on returning in the near future. Thank you guys very much.

The hotel is older, but the exterior is stylist and clean. However our room were very dated. Needs serious update. The tv was old with bad quality picture terrible sound. The kitchen and bathroom were so dated like 80’s and this was Felix room. The heater was so noise. Location was ok, close the beach, but also to public park with so many homeless. For this price definitely not worth.
