“We appreciated the affordable stay in cabins overlooking the canyon. An easy 90 minute hike along the rim got us to the park with more views. As well, a 5 min walk a paragliding location. For those without vehicles, we could access public transportation to Aratoca then hire a taxi. Enrique arranged a ride back to the highway where we waved down a bus. Take note that the double cabin does not include cooking facilities, only a fridge and minibar. They are still ironing out the details with this……

“I received amazing service from a young man named Edgar David. He greeted me at the entrance and provided excellent customer service. Very professional behavior and well spoken. He did not hesitate to help me with my bags and took them to my room with me. He showed me all the features of the room and the accessibility to the restaurants on the main floor as well as the convenience store across the street for any thing I need. This young man is the perfect individual to be greeted by on arrival. ”

“No one at the hotel to greet you! Before you get there you have to fill out a form that they never sent, to give you a code that never got. After calling and writing several times finally got response that they don’t have any reservations. After sending them copy of the reservation they said that it could be false. Anyway an hour later they show up and open the door. The place is dirty, the fan hardly moves and the place smells. Obviously I left to another hotel.”

“The property was nice. The room had a strong smell, maybe some type of cleaning product. The shampoo was tiny and not replaced daily. The breakfast was ok. Parking sometimes was a pain. Took forever to get your car out. ”
