Nice Hotel, Service Needs Improvement

"The hotel was very nice, large rooms, all of the amenities. The staff however, while friendly and aiming to please, were not well trained. The majority seemed very young and inexperienced. When I voiced my concerns with the front desk, they went out of their way to make up for the short-comings."

"O hotel é muito bom porém tem um problema grave na questão do horário de limpeza dos apartamentos . O hotel aparentemente prioriza a limpeza dos apartamentos que tem check out . Mesmo assim a minha habitação só foi disponibilizado depois das 16 horas. Muitas vezes os apartamentos são limpos aproximadamente ..."

No elevator, still in early startup mode - no pool

"I’m confident it will be better over time, but right now they have quite a bit to work on. Many drinking glass were not cleaned and spider web on some chairs. Despite >85% empty (my assumption) we got an apartment where we had to go up some stairs to reach it. No elevator and not possible to change. ..."
