“Very comfortable apartment with full kitchen washer and dryer. We stayed 5 nights and hosted a small gathering for the holidays. Will definitely be coming back! Pool is lovely, it’s heated and a nice size spa. Did not use workout room but looked well equipped. It is near the train tracks but building is very new with great construction so barely heard the train whistle. ”

“The property was as described. Emkay and Laura were the perfect hosts and did a great job communicating. The location was in a quiet, safe neighborhood and the property was gated in case you are worried. The property is in a wooded area with a creek that runs through it and is located about 10 minutes from Capitola Beach. We throughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to our visit next year. ”

“The house is comfortable and interesting. The hosts have lots of suggestions for things to do in the area and farther afield. The garden is amazing with at least two incredible heritage oak trees and many beautiful spaces to sit and enjoy the outdoors. Everyone loved the swing.
