The villa is spread over 2 floors, the ground floor from the entrance leads directly to a very comfortable and bright living area with a large table and corner with HD TV, the living room connects different rooms of the villa, from here you can in fact access the service kitchen and the depandace with disabled access, here there are two bedrooms connected by a small hallway, from which you access the bathroom which is also equipped for wheelchair access.
On the other side of the living room through a large corridor, where there is a double bedroom, there is access to the bright living room, surrounded by windows that offers a beautiful view of the garden and the swimming pool, also this environment is equipped with a flat-screen HD TV.
