Ls1 Alpine Zen w/pool, sauna and hot tub

Welcome to our peaceful zen retreat nestled in the heart of nature, just minutes away from the beautiful Santa Cruz Beaches & Parks and equally close to Scotts Valley. Located on a gated road, this spacious home is at the top of the parcel, surrounded by majestic mountains and redwood views. Indulge yourself in the rejuvenating sauna or immerse in the soothing waters of the hot tub or swimming pool. This serene getaway is the perfect place to disconnect from the busy world or connect to it and work remotely.

The bright new kitchen features a breakfast bar with s/s appliances. The living room has a fireplace and a slider to a sun-drenched BBQ deck. The dining room has big picture windows that showcase rich-colored sunsets and opens to a second deck tucked in a redwood grove. There are two spacious master suites upstairs, one with a private balcony overlooking the front garden. The game room downstairs features a Peloton bike, foosball table, and a separate access to the lower deck. Outdoor sitting area with a fireplace overlooks the pool and stunning views of Santa Cruz mountains.

We had a lovely time. We really enjoyed the sauna and spa! The nightly view of the sunset and stars was epic! You really feel one with nature, yet you are a five minute drive to restaurants and stores. Everything in the home is high end. They have it all, amazing views, a beautiful kitchen, soft bedding and plenty towels! Any items from home I forgot were already there for us to use.

Our group had an amazing stay at Alpine Zen in Santa Cruz. The property is located in a quiet, private, wooded area about 10 minutes from downtown, and includes some great amenities: Sauna, Hot Tub, Pool, great outdoor seating, BBQ, chef's kitchen with awesome appliances. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with great beds and comfy sheets. The bathrooms are modern and clean. We stayed for a weekend, and would gladly go back to this listing for any future trips - Convenient, Clean, Easy, and Relaxing.
