“The night before I booked the Vrbo as I was flying in from the United States and needed a place to stay for one night before going to the resort. I’m less the 8 hours I found out my plane reservation got switched. I email and asked if I could get at least a portion of my money back and he said no. Eight hours before he had no one, so it wasn’t like I blocked others from coming. I just felt he was rude and not at all flexible.”

“We fully enjoyed our stay at the apartment, especially the incredible view from the terrace. The apartment is large, comfortable and well equipped. The internet was not very reliable, but it wasn't a big problem for us. Having a parking spot in the garage was a big plus. ”

“This is an awesome place. Tons of room and spent half a day in the pool watching planes land at the airport. Glide path is right in front and level with the property but far enough out so little noise. The only drawback of the property is the two barking dogs next door. Took a while getting used to it and no recourse to ask the owners to quiet them. I have owned dogs my whole life so it’s easy to do but the neighbors just let them go. Small thing really but be prepared for it. Other than that……

Es verdad que tienes que tener cierta experiencia al volante para subir por las carreteras, pero enseguida te acostumbras! El único punto malo, es que el baño tiene cierto olor desagradable y el sumidero de la ducha traga bastante mal. Por lo demás todo excelente! Un placer alojarnos en este apartamento. :)”

For a very reasonable fee, Marco met me at the airport and took me on a tour of Funchal. The accommodation is more than adequate. Quiet and very private. You will feel as if you are in another world - far from the hustle and bustle of daily life. High recommend Inmountain. ”
