“This property was terrific and Steve was a pleasure to work with. We stayed in California for a week and our stay at this property was our most relaxing by far. A short walk to multiple beaches where we watched surfers and took in the sunsets. Cool neighborhood with a very nice vibe. Great coffee and burrito shop a few blocks away with great food and java. The top floor of this home really makes it special, full of light and with views over most of the surrounding houses. And our teens loved the……

“This was a beautifully decorated home. It was incredibly well appointed and space to hang towels, just do well thought out to be easy and pleasing for any guest. There were so many wetsuits of all sizes and games and books. Very comfortable sleeping. Probably one of the best I’ve ever stayed at. So close to the beach and lovely walking. I would come back!”

“The location is wonderful. Very close to beach and boardwalk and in a clean, safe neighborhood with stunning views from the expansive, well furnished balcony. It is not fancy inside but extremely clean and comfortable with two living rooms and a table for 10. Lauren texted the day before to make sure we had access information and was very helpful and friendly. ”

“Our extended family of eight spent a long weekend at the beach to celebrate my mom's 80th birthday. This house was perfect for us. The location is excellent in a quiet neighborhood a two minute walk to the beach. The house itself is clean and well laid out. The kitchen was plenty big for all of us to make breakfast and we used the huge table to play board games. I highly recommend this spot.”
