“Wir haben den Aufenthalt mit den Kindern in dieser Unterkunft sehr genossen, durch den Spielplatz genau auf der anderen Straßenseite war es noch entspannter als wir erhofft hatten. Das Haus ist wohnlich, schön dekoriert und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet, zum Strand läuft man etwa 20 Minuten.”

“Wir hatten als Familie einen super erholsamen Urlaub in dieser liebevoll, landestypisch eingerichtetem Finca! Der Pool ist sensationell, der Grillplatz wurde oft von uns genutzt und die gemütliche Sitzgruppe hat zum relaxen eingeladen! Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und dennoch sind Supermarkt und Strand mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen! Die Kommunikation zwischen Catí und uns war einwandfrei! Schade ist nur, dass die Nutzung der Klimaanlage extra berechnet wird, das ging aus dem Inserat nicht……

“Es war perfekt. Sehr sauber. Tolle Lage ( 150m bis Meer) Sehr sauberer Garten mit romantischem rot- leuchtendem Pool Sehr hochwertige Einrichtung. Gute anbindung.15 Minuten bis Palma und Flughafen. Sehr netter, zuvorkommender Vermieter.Für diese Qualität ist der Preis unschlagbar! Wir kommen wieder. ”

“ This listing was a fantastic place to stay while visiting Mallorca. Centrally located, it provided easy access to everything on the island. The beds were comfortable, and the property grounds were beautiful. My only recommendation would be to provide more fans, as there was no AC and only one fan, which was a bit challenging with the 90-degree weather. Overall, thank you for the lovely accommodation!”

Nice staff, not so much for the hotel itself.

"Overall I would say it's a three-four star hotels and the following are my reasons for this rating: 1) Lets begin with something positive--- the staff there were friendly and helpful. 2)It is definitely 30 seconds walking distance from the beach. Lots of restaurant options nearby. Also 10mins taxi ride from the airport. 3) The wifi is extremely unstable. I had 4G and didnt bother to ask the staff to get it sorted. 4) The bathroom inside my room smells foetid. It must be because of the poor drainage sys. 5) Some hair can be found around the floor of the room. 6) The overall interior of the room seems to be worn out or not installed properly. It didn't seem to be refurbished well enough. 7) The pool is very small! Don't be deceived by the photo. (but the sea is right in front) 8) The breakfast was nice and delicious. (With a spectacular beach view) "
