Everything was good , the rooms , the housekeeping, the maids . The thing that lets it all down are the staff in the kitchen , the food every lunchtime was cold even fresh food they brought out was cold , in the end we stopped going for food .

Lovely views, lovely reception. Our room wasn’t very clean when we arrived and very basic.but it was fine for what we needed. would have liked a mirror other than the bathroom. Staff very friendly and pool area nice but small!

Schön gelegen am Strand und Nähe Cala Nova. Das Hotel bietet eine Courtesy Shower am Abreisetag an, was bei meinem Kurzaufenthalt sehr praktisch war. Ansonsten ist das Haus leider schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und an der Sauberkeit der Zimmer sollte noch gearbeitet werden. Zudem hatte ich ein Zimmer mit Verbindungstür, so dass man das Nebenzimmer komplett hören konnte. Das hätte bei der Buchung erwähnt werden sollen.

The accommodation is lovely but if you do half board the food is cold we had 10 nights 1/2 board and only had 2 meals need to really improve the food being hot not just warm very dissatisfied with the food sadly because the hotel and facilities are good but never mind

I would say the hotel is more a 3 star than 4 star. The suites are tired in places but a reasonable size. If self catering, there appeared to be everything you need but we didn't need it. Suites are in a separate building, although they did have access to a separate pool which was quieter than the main one. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the team in the restaurant worked really hard. Food buffet was okay, constantly topped up and a choice that would suit most. Overall the holiday was good, but the hotel didn't live up to 4 star expectations which was a little disappointing. Nice location away from the harbour but only a ten minute walk away. Shops and beach as very close so a good base.

Die Zimmer wurden täglich super gereinigt. Essensauswahl war gut bis auf die Automaten Säfte. Abendliche Animation hat unserer Tochter sehr gefallen. Suite sind in einem Nachbar Gebäude mit separatem Pool, was allerdings ok für uns war. Die Pool liegen im Hauptgebäude werden bereits früh morgens blockiert. Mittags hat man keine Chance für eine liege.

Positiv: Der Strand war nur 100 m vom Hotel entfernt und somit sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Negativ: Wir hatten All-Inclusive gebucht, mussten jedoch stilles Wasser zusätzlich kaufen, da lediglich Leitungswasser im Angebot enthalten war. Auch an der Getränke-Bar musste man für die Becher bezahlen – für ein All-Inclusive-Angebot sehr ungewöhnlich, da normalerweise alles inbegriffen ist. Das Essen war ebenfalls enttäuschend: die Auswahl war sehr begrenzt und nicht besonders abwechslungsreich. Für Vegetarier oder Veganer ist das Angebot kaum geeignet. Außerdem mussten häufig zusätzliche Kosten für Dinge bezahlt werden, die normalerweise inklusive sind, wie zum Beispiel Strandhandtücher. Die Toiletten wurden leider nicht regelmäßig gereinigt und waren oft verschmutzt.

Pour notre deuxième séjour de 10 jours depuis 2023, nous sommes très déçus et malheureusement nous ne reviendrons surement pas à cause de cela. - Énorme manque d'insonorisation dans les chambres ou on pouvait entendre le voisin chanter sous la douche avec son téléphone, on aurait dit qu'il était dans notre salle de bain, toute la journée et jusqu'à 1h du matin on entendait le balai des chaises de balcons qui crissaient et croyez moi c'est infernale.Ensuite les portes de chambres qui claquent toutes les 5 mns et j'exagère pas, le matin à 8h40 les femmes de ménage qui font un bruit incroyable pour faire les chambres or que normalement le service est de 9h à 15h, donc autant vous dire que si vous rentrez tard et que vous voulez vous reposez un petit peu c'est impossible à 7h30 ça commence déjà. Nos draps n'ont jamais été changés au bout de 10 jours et on avait de belles taches visibles. Donc en conclusion, l'hôtel devrait faire de la prévention ainsi que de la pédagogie auprès des clients et du personnel de nettoyage afin de respecter la tranquillité des autres clients car avec un effort de tout le monde on peut arriver à vivre en communauté sans penser qu'à soi même, sinon je n'ai rien à dire sur tout le reste tout etait bien.

This hotel claims to be 4-star, but the service and experience were anything but. From the start, booking was a headache. I booked through Expedia as it was much cheaper than booking direct. The room pictured was misleading, and even though the hotel admitted fault and Expedia explained the hotel chose their pictures when I raised this, both the hotel and Expedia just bounced accountability back and forth. Even after paying to “upgrade” more, the room provided was still not as advertised. When I complained, the staff simply shrugged their shoulders. Then look confused that I’d like the tiny sofa bed made up. The concept of all-inclusive here is a joke. Towels? You have to pay to change them. I’ve never stayed at an all-inclusive where this has been the case — enough said. Bar service was equally poor. Staff were rude, inconsistent, and acted as if serving a drink was an inconvenience. To top it off, at the end of the day I was suddenly told I had to pay for the cup my drink came in — despite not being charged for it all day. When I questioned this, the female member of staff glared at me and snapped “you have to pay.” The male staff member just shrugged and said “mistakes happen but now you have to pay,” before rudely serving the person behind me. Not exactly 4-star hospitality. The morning we were leaving, we went for breakfast early as we had to checkout. My toddler being a toddler wasn’t a fan of eating. As we

Nice suite apartments, not huge but enough space for family of 4. We enjoyed swimming in the suite pool as less crowded and wasn’t a problem to walk across the road to get breakfast. Beach, small shops and restaurants all conveniently located within walking distance. We were half board so had breakfast and dinner. Ok range of food and self service drinks, wine and beer included. Some plates and glasses could be washed better. We arrived 12pm but couldn’t get our room until 2pm. Checkout is quite early at 10:30am but they have courtesy showers and towels which was nice (bring your own soap). Overall, nice stay and suites+half board was good value for money.

Nice quiet family oriented place. Rooms are nicely decorated.Beach is ok wth some spots of seaweeds.Be prepared to pay 25 Euro for 2 lounge chairs and umbrela for a day.We found beautiful beach nearby walking distance.I liked the town with shops, restaurants and night club 10 min.walking.You could also take boat ride to different cities and Formentera Island.I recomend that. We had a half board what was plenty for us.The buffet was delicious with lots of options even for vegetarian.Big selection of fruits and salad bars.House wine red,white and beer where on tap. Owerall it was nice resort I just missed some entertaiment for adults.
