Our wonderful sun-drenched casita has all the comforts of home - and more! Brand new classic brick floors and polished plaster walls complement the traditional wooden Viga ceiling beams. Central air conditioning and a propane fireplace keep you cool and warm - no matter the season. Full size washer and dryer come in handy, as does the 60" flastscreen Smart TV with 185 cable channels and included Netflix. The kitchen is fully stocked with your cooking needs, including complementary beverages and cooking staples - including all the spices you could imagine! Blender, toaster, Keruig and 12 cup brew coffee maker and tea kettle will make you feel at home. Welcome to our own little slice of heaven - in the heart of Santa Fe!

Casita del Sol is attached to our larger home, Casa del Sol, and you'll have your own private entrance. Only the backyard is shared. For larger groups, contact us about renting both units together for a total of 3 bedrooms, 2 baths.

The best neighborhood in town! Walk to everything in minutes. No need for a car! Lots of great restaurants in the area. So close to the Plaza, Canyon Road, Railyard District, and around the corner from Georgia O'Keefe Museum. Stay at our home and feel like a true local.

Location, Location, Location

This property was in a great location to visit many of the attractions of Santa Fe. It was a short 5-10 minute walk to Santa Fe Plaza. The interior of the property was very clean. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. We cooked most of our meals and had what we needed. Note: it does not have an oven. We appreciated the large stacked washer and dryer. There was a narrow table but there was only one chair for it. It was a great stay, but I’ll have to admit that I didn’t find it to conducive to relaxing in the evening. It had two narrow padded chairs that I didn’t find that comfortable. They were just a bit tall for me and my knees would start to hurt after sitting in them for a short while. I would have preferred a love seat in that space. Also I found the outside disappointing. It wasn’t set up for sitting out at the present time and the furniture was pretty grimy. We did scrub off the table and a couple of chairs to sit out a couple evenings. Knowing all that, I’d still recommend.

Convenient and Cozy

Small but comfortable Casita totally modernized. Walkable to downtown Santa Fe. Good security although VRBO provided incorrect codes. Owner however was very helpful and responsive.

Good llocation

Quiet and comfortable. Not suitable for more than 2. Needed access to more towels especially hand towels for our 4- day visit. My husband stepped on many goatheads in his stocking feet on the carpet. A better map of old town would really help. Walking distance to old town and the plaza.

My favorite can walk everywhere from here spot in Santa Fe

My second time staying here. Perfect for two. Just a few minutes walk to the Plaza, the Railyard, Canyon Road, shopping and restaurants. When we stay, we walk as much as possible (easy parking for the car too). Always feels safe. Owner is easy to reach and super responsive for any needs. Will be back again next year!

What a beautiful casita in a great location! It's just a few minutes' walk to the plaza, restaurants and shopping. Everything is well done in this place from the decor to the functionality. I really think they thought of everything! Coffee bar, snacks, remote control heaters, shampoo/conditioner, even make up wipes. Great use of the space - tiny but perfect for two people. We loved it!

Close to downtown

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this cute casita within walking distance of downtown and all the sites! The room was bigger than it looked in the photos and the kitchen area and bathroom looked newly renovated. We loved the backyard for a drink at the end of the day. Highly recommend!

A wonderful stay! As a homeowner familiar with upkeep practices, there are some things that I’d suggest updating or correcting to prolong the life of the place, mostly in the bathroom. But as long as these things are addressed often before major issues arise, there would be no issues for guests. Just something that comes with short term renting. A great location for walking to the town. Some of the houses around look kind of sketchy, but I think that’s just their character and historical feature of them. A comfortable queen size bed with good pillows. A nice and updated shower with shower gel and hair supplies. A nice quaint courtyard that is shared.

We enjoyed our stay at this casita very much. It was well decorated and clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked to cook meals and the bed was comfortable. The location was in walking distance to all we wanted to see. The property manager was responsive and quick when we needed something. Would definitely stay again.

Santa Fe for two!!

Perfect spot for two! Clean, quiet, comfortable. Very nice little space with all the comforts of home. We didn’t use the patio area but it was very nice as well. Better than a hotel room for a real Santa Fe experience.

We loved the casita!

Lovely little place (not very big--but everything you need). All the little things that might come up--iron, cooking seasonings, etc. were all taken care of, and Keely was very responsive to any questions we had. The location is very close to most destinations and it's easy to walk pretty much everywhere. Highly recommend!

Super Cute Casita with a Great Location

The casita is small but perfect for two. We walked to the plaza every day. The house was a little warm even though it has air conditioning but there were two fans, so it was fine. There is no oven but the house is equipped with a cooktop, microwave, toaster and even a blender. There were plenty of pots, pans and cooking utensils for our stay. There were ample blankets and towels, too. The shared back yard is fenced and very nice with a relaxing water feature and tables. We were not able to use them since it rained both evenings we were there. The owner was very responsive in our communication through the VRBO app. Check in and check out were super simple. Overall this is a cute place in a good location and I would definitely recommend.

Great spot!

Loved our stay! Easy walk to all the sites and restaurants in town. It got a bit warm at night as the AC is down the hall from the bed however it was much better once we brought the fans out of the closet.

Great location but the bedding needs updating

The location of this place is excellent, with convenient walking access to various attractions. However, our stay was greatly impacted by the condition of the mattress, which was noticeably worn out and sloping to the point where I had to place an extra blanket underneath to avoid feeling like I might roll sideways. Additionally, the pillows were uncomfortable, prompting us to purchase new ones from Walmart during our stay.

Walked everywhere. Washing machine and dryer major plus! Front of the house parking in a safe neighborhood. Recommendations: La Boca (romantic dinner), Dumplings Tea (grand mother makes dumplings while you watch) and hiking at Bandalier National Monument.
