“I feel sorry for the owner because he gave much thought to built-in cabinets, nice sofas, recessed lighting, a well-equipped kitchen and the display of vintage cameras and typewriters. BUT he must never have experienced the discomfort of living there. You can't open the wooden-shuttered front window, because it faces the sidewalk and noisy traffic. A side window looks onto the entry to other apartments and has little light, so you must always keep on the lights. The bathroom fixtures are caked……

“There is really nothing bad to say about this cosy hotel, close to everything, very clean, they even replenished the coffee grounds. The cleaning lady would come to clean as soon as they saw us leave for the day, this was a PLUS. They even washed our dishes. Everything was automated, so the only time we saw the gentleman Jesus, was when we arrived and it was just to pay the rental. Very private.”

“We really enjoyed our stay! As other reviewers have mentioned, there is a lot of street noise as it’s such a great central location. I found it easy to sleep just by running the fan as white noise and there are fewer cars and noisy passers-by overnight anyway. The courtyard is beautiful and although our trip was packed with activities so we didn’t spend much time at the house other than to sleep, we’d stay again. Moises was very helpful and responsive. “The property was perfect for me and my family. The roof is huge, the views are great, the jacuzzi and the lounging area are super nice, and the paintings are lovely. The bedrooms are clean and comfortable. This is a great option for large groups that want to share a special occasion.”
