“We appreciate much the assistance from the reception when we check in. BTW, the hotel is close to Ponte di Rialto instead of Piazza San Marco though it lies in between, we alight wrongly in San Marco and have to lift luggage up and down from stairs, a really big mistake but thanks to the hotel staff and they help us get the luggage to check-in. Hotel is only 2min. straight walk from Rialto in fact. Hotel room condition is OK though relatively small for 3 persons; breakfast, wifi are both good.”
“This historic once glass factory converted to a lovely boutique hotel makes it a very unique experience. Upgrade for being a Gold member. Very nice room with loft our son enjoyed. Also loved the spa and fantastic massage from Elizabeth. Grazie mille! ”
“The fact that we could travel around Venice by boat transportation very easily just like using public transportation metro or bus but on water the hotel is very nice with beautiful decor and pretty decent breakfast.”
“Near by several docks so it is easy for water bus transportation. Staff are friendly and nice. Breakfast is very good. Beds are comfortable. Room is not big and enough to stay. We would like to come back again.

“Beautiful property, right there in grand canal which makes it walkable to all the interest places in Venezia. Convenient to arrive and depart since water taxis can pick you up front. The room was amazongtwith a view to the grand canal, very safe area with lots of dining options. Staff is wonderful, especially the guys at the bar, amazing service. Breakfast was also great!”
“Amazing hotel right on the grand canal and opposite the train station. The view was astounding, and the staff were all super friendly. The food was superb, and the rooftop bar was awesome for watching the sun set over Venice. ”
“Hotel is old but well maintained. Nice hotel with the budget, clean, good location and close to ferry station. It costs 9€/person to arrive S. Lucia station in a 5mins ferry ride. If you travel with big luggage I would recommend you to stay near train station. This hotel is with elevator, which is a plus! Night time after 10pm returning hotel could be a bit insecure for solo lady traveler coz finally will need to walk through a quite small alley (it’s short though will always have other……
"The hotel is close to the Mestre station, about a 5-10 min walk. There is a side entrance to platform 1 directly, you don’t need to go through the main entrance of the station, which is a bit further away.
There are a few hotels and restaurants nearby. Feel safe in the area at night.
The staff were super friendly, and we felt welcomed. We were having a birthday trip in Italy. The hotel was very generous, our room got upgraded and we received a bottle of wine as a gift. The room was spacious, clean and tidy.
The hotel is very close to the train station, it could be bothersome for people that are very sensitive to noise. Not a problem for me though.
Also, you don’t get free daily housekeeping like a traditional hotel. But at this price, you really can’t ask for more. Hotel tax is very cheap, so is the price of the room.
I would 100% recommend this hotel.

"The hotel itself is new and clean. The bed was comfy.
It’s located in a more industrial like zone. Not much actions or must take a train or a taxi to Venezia.
However, despite having ViP member status of hotels.com, it’s claimed to have some VIP benefits. However , I was not upgraded nor provided the $10 credit during my stay. The late check is only until 12:30 despite the hotel looks low occupancy during my check out . That’s a pity. "
