“This cottage is a relaxing location in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed being off the beaten path, while still having several restaurants within walking distance. The bar at the end of the street had great views of the sunset and I could watch the wind farm all day (off in the distance). It is not very touristy - we enjoyed being able to interact with locals and it was a very different vibe than the fast pace of San Juan!The hosts are great - we had some challenges finding the location but they……

“We stayed at this location as a surprise vacation for my four brothers and some friends.The property does not disappoint and allows for plenty of space to gather or relax in solitude. After arriving the snacks and refreshments were a welcome site to enjoy before venturing out and easy access to the property manager was able to assist with directions along with access to the property. Only issue we encountered was attempting to turn on the fire pits but this was minor and in no way hindered the……

“Clean but basically just for a night. Too many confusing locks to get in and instructions were not clear and parking is not available, off street parking only. Communication wasn’t the best on a Sunday. ”

“Property, location, view etc was amazing. Only complaint is that the listing isn’t accurate. There’s 5 bedrooms plus the game room. The listing said there were 8 bedrooms and 5 king beds. We only found 4 king beds. Otherwise, amazing and would highly recommend ”

“La ubicación es excelente para quien intereza conocr el centro histórico de Ponce, esta en un primer piso y no hay que subir escaleras. Los techos son altos. El apartamente cuenta con dos habitaciones con aire acondicionado, cada una tiene una cama queen, pero en la sala donde esta el sofa cama no hay aire acondicionado. Deben aclarar eso en la información que se provee para el apartamento.”

“This property has a unique location at a walking distance to restaurants, historic sites, clubs. Check in was easy, communication due to an incovenient with the room was fast and issue was resolved immediately. Would definitely stay here again. ”

The studio was beautiful, it was full of amenities like towels, sheets, toilet paper, napkins, body wash…etc the pool area was really nice and the view was amazing, didn’t get to use the pool too much as the water was cold. Outside bar was great to relax and even cook! The area is nice . ”
